HEALTH =PHYSICAL EXERCISE

Hello steemians today I will be participating on this contest hosted in this great community of #healthysteem titled health = physical exercise
DO YOU DO PHYSICAL EXERCISE

As a young boy growing exercise is a mandatory thing I usually take upon myself at least 3 times a week and this include jogging round a field four times, and how I go about it is that first lap I will walk round the field, the second lap I will add little speed, the third lap I will engage on fast jogging then lastly I will sprint round the field. So when I am done with that I will engage on at least 15 to 20 push ups. So that is what I engage in for at least 3 times a week.

HOW IMPORTANT IS IT FOR YOU TO DO SOME PHYSICAL EXERCISE

Exercise are important to me because I am someone who play's soccer ⚽ so exercises helps me to gain strength/ stamina, it helps me reduce the amount of sugar in my body system more so exercises helps me to reduce excessive amount of weight. So for me exercises are good and important routine which a person should try out to stay fit and healthy.

WHAT BENEFITS HAVE YOU OBTAINED FROM DOING EXERCISES

Currently I have achieved many things from exercises which include stamina and strength which enable me to play football soccer very well. Also when I was not engaging on exercise I usually fall sick but for the past eight months now I have not been diagnosed with any sickness thanks to exercise. So I have obtained a lot from exercises some I can't even remember.

DO YOU EXERCISE FOR HEALTH OR TO FEEL GOOD

My exercise which I partake in I usually do them for my health benefits because if the body is constantly engaged on exercise it helps the heart to pump in and out blood faster and easier without any stress. I also exercise for health because of how it helps me to reduce sugar and salt in my body. So exercises having been doing really great things for me in my body.
