Healthy lifestyle is one of the most important things in our life, because a person who take care of themself are usually enjoy quality of life and live much longer than people who neglect their healthy lifestyle.

It's not common to see a person who take care of himself fall sick except if some financial issue may hinders such person to receive proper treatment.

What is hygiene and why is it important to one's health?

Hygiene is the cleanliness of our surrounding, washing our dirty clothes, plates and bathing regularly in order to prevent us from dangerous diseases that may eventually lead to serious health problem.

Hygiene is very important because it helps individuals not to fall sick all the time, pour dirty water outside the house will cause mosquitoes to increase in numbers. If they bite us they may cause malaria within the family.

We must acquired the habits of cleaning our toilets, washing our toilets with hypo and others toilets soap that will kill those germs from causing sickness.

How does regular hand washing help in preventing illnesses?

Regular hand washing is one of the major hygiene that prevent us from contacting diseases. Individuals who use their hands to pick some dirty things from the ground or gutter and they use the same hands to eat without washing they may likely fall sick because their are some harmful bacteria we cannot see with our naked eyes which are dangerous to our health.

A person need to wash his or her hands thoroughly after coming out from the toilets, that's we must wash our hand with detergent soap and water to helps us fights against unwanted germs.

Also, we must wash our hand after sweeping our environment so that we can stay neat all the time.

Tell us two common diseases that can be prevented by practicing good hand hygiene.

Parents must teach their children about the important of hand washing because it will improve their wellbeing, some of the common diseases can spread if we fail to wash our hands:

√ Noroviruses

√ Coronavirus

• Noroviruses: This infection is very common in our society and it usually affect old people because it can easily spread from one person to another due to negligent of people to wash their hand. We can stop this if we wash our hand regularly so that our entire family will not be affected.

• Coronavirus: This infection can transmitted from one person to another through cough, sneeze etc. This happen when affecting individuals do not wash their hand with soup and water or hand sanitizer they may likely to have hand contact with everybody they meet.

What is the importance of keeping our surroundings clean and how cleanliness contributes to overall health and well-being.

Cleanliness is good because it will protect us from unforseen bacteria that may damage our wellbeing, everybody prays for long life but to achieve that we need to make sure our surrounding is well clean include the way we prepare our food.

I could remember during the Covid19 outbreak many people wash their hand on a daily basis and up till now people still use nose mask when they want to enter hospital to visit sick people or market place because they know the important of being stay alive.

Keeping our surrounding clean will protect us from illnesses especially from catarrh as a result of dust that may enter through our nose.

Conclusion
