As a human being we all response to stress in our work place due to some work load we engage our self into. Although stress is not consider as mental health problem but we must know the strategies to use to control or manage the stress.
According to W.H.O (World Health Organisation)
Stress can be defined as a state of worry or mental tension caused by a difficult situation. Stress is a natural human response that prompts us to address challenges and threats in our lives. Everyone experiences stress to some degree.
We all experience stress differently in our daily life, stress affect individuals not to be able to concentrate and individuals may also experience difficulty in sleeping. Stress can come in form of headaches, stomach pain etc.
I normally experience stress whenever I come back from my work place, I keep on noticed some kind of sign such as back pain, headaches sometime stomach trouble. Once I notice that I could slept for like 2 hours so that I can regained my consciousness back.
Muslim usually went through a lot of stress during this eid adha festive period because everyone in the family circle will participate in slaughtering ram, peoples got tired after a long day in the process of dismantle the ram with machete especially if you are the only one partake in the process.
After I finished with the ram I ate balance diet and I also make sure I drink plenty water so that it will flush away all the harmful bacteria in my body.
Steemit is my favorite site and I cannot do without steemit, in fact I will not get myself together if I don't post one article daily on this platform.
Once I notice some kind of stress during the process of typing or participate in one contest since I know my nature I will just sleep for some hours and continue from where I stop after I wake up. I spend too much on their platform because I keep on learning what I do not know before.
I do eat fruits and vegetables in order to boost my immune system, sometime I will just go out and have a good conversation with my friends so that it can help me feel less stressed.
Stress is not man best friends, we need to work for our wellbeing and we must be very careful to learning how to cope with the stress we are experiencing. I will like to invite @m-fdo, @richy20 and @mjerry to participate in this contest.
