A healthy liver is of immense importance to our body. A healthy liver refers to the proper functioning of the liver. A liver is said to be healthy when the liver properly stores the nutrients, provides proper time to the body, regulates blood circulation properly, helps digest food properly, protects our body from toxic substances. Liver is an important organ of our body, so liver is always healthy for us. If our liver loses its function or becomes damaged, we will suffer from various diseases.

There are a few things we need to be careful about to keep our liver healthy. Here are some general tips for a healthy liver:
- We need to eat more vegetables for liver health. For example: spinach, broccoli, beetroot, spinach, papaya etc.
- Drink water regularly, never be dehydrated.
- Eat nutritious food, as malnutrition will reduce liver function. So vegetables, fruits, protein etc. should be eaten.
- One of the ways to keep the liver healthy is to always do physical exercises. As a result body fat will decrease and liver will work better.
- Excessive alcohol consumption, oil fried food, excessive sweet food etc. should be avoided.
- Keep yourself safe from depression, depression also reduces liver function.
- Food should be eaten in moderation, because excess food increases body weight. Being overweight damages the liver.
- Medicines should be used properly, medicines should not be taken without doctor's advice. This is because the liver function decreases as a result of the drug reaction.
- Avoid lack of sleep, a person should sleep 6 to 8 hours daily to stay healthy.
When the liver becomes dysfunctional, various problems can occur. Here are the following:
- Jaundice can occur when the liver becomes dysfunctional, as nirubin cannot be processed.
- When the liver becomes dysfunctional, liver cells are also damaged.
- Long-term loss of liver function may lead to liver cancer.
- Our body's immune system also decreases when the liver becomes dysfunctional, as a result of which various diseases nest in the body.
- Mental imbalance can occur if the liver becomes dysfunctional, as the liver can cause problems in the brain if it does not filter out toxins.
- Also diabetes, hormonal problems, kidney problems etc can occur if the liver is not working properly.

Liver is always healthy for us. Excessive alcohol consumption and obesity is the causes of unhealthy liver. Lack of sleep is also one of the cause. It is helpful for those who don't know about liver. Best of luck brother.
