Greetings beautiful people of the steemit community and this amazing healthy steem platform. Hope you are all doing well. Am glad to be here to participate in this wonderful contest and all thanks to @aaliarubab for this opportunity to talk about about and our diary game.

So am going to be doing justice to this unde the tips given for this contest.

My diet

I bagan my day on a busy note at about 5am after my prayers. I proceeded to do some house chores like sweeping cleaning and washing plates and I also took my bath. I love to swiftly do all of this before taking my breakfast.

My breakfast diet

Breakfast are very important part of our diet and it’s good to eat early and has a good diet as breakfast helps to provide us with the basic energy we need to fuel our day. I like to eat moderately in the morning, not too light and not too heavy food. So I had a breakfast of custard powered mixed with powdered milk and chocolate powder and fried bean cake. These simple breakfast is packed with more protein and some carbohydrates and also vitamins and minerals which are very good source of nutrients for energy and building the body.

My lunch and dinner diet

I continued with other activities I had to do like reading, writing and towards the afternoon I proceeded to prepare my afternoon meal which was a diet of beans porridge. Beans also known as black eye peas are very good source of protein and they help in production of blood and hence reduces risk of blood shortages and dizziness. People are always recommended to eat more of beans when they are looking to boost their blood count and that’s why I love eating beans a lot. It’s a good part of my diet. In the night I ate the remaining part of the beans and didn’t have to cook up something extra too.

The medicines or vitamins I take.

My iron builder tonic

Viatamins are good sources of our daily diet and sometimes we can seem to get enough of it through our meals hence we opt to get them in food supplements or medications. Am not talking any medication but I have my blood tonic multivitamin syrup which I take.

It’s packed with vitamins and iron which help in blood buildup. I had some challeng in my health which caused blood shortage and this was recommended for me to take and since I’ve been taking it, it had helped in boosting my appetite and there’s a drastic reduction in the dizziness I used to feel.

Water is a very good part of our diet and daily living as it helps in blood and nutrients circulation in the body. Our body mass constitutes mostly of water and water helps us to stay hydrated. If our body lacks enough water it can lead to very disease and even constipation.

I try to take enough water daily. So this particular day I took about 3 sachets of the water in the picture above and that’s about six glasses of water. We are required to take about eight a day for optimum body function.

The exercise I did

Exercises are very significant part of our daily living and it’s advisable to do regular exercise to keep our self fit and help the body function properly. I didn’t do any strenuous exercise this particular day but I took a walk. When I wanted to but the stuffs I will need for the day, I took a walk to the shop to and fro for about 30 minutes. I do this almost everyday intentionally as a means to exercise my body.

What I did to relax

This day was a very hectic day for me. I had a lot of things to do even though they were mostly in doors. I spent time on my stock projects, on steemit writing some posts and had deadlines to meet reading. Later in the evening I was tired and I just had to take a little afternoon/evening nap after eating my beans. I napped for about one hour as a means to rest and when I woke up, I continued with what I was doing until I retired for the night. I also had a little break where I went online to watch some comedy clips on YouTube. Watching comedy helps me relax and unwind.

The pain or tiredness I felt

I really did more of mental work all through the day and it could be very exhausting as your mind has to be actively engaged all the time. I was mostly on my phone all day working and reading. At a point my eyes started paining me I guess from too much screen time, so I had to rest my eyes a little and that was when I took the one hour nap. At the end of the day I was tired and had to retire after having done most of days job at about past 10pm.

In conclusion I’ve discovered that when ever I don’t take enough water for the day, I feel hot and somewhat disoriented and it’s like a signal of my body telling me am dehydrated. I try to take as much water but I feel I need to still improve the quantity of water I take everyday. And it’s also ok to rest a while is exhausted from the days work.

Beautiful entry ma'am. Of course, breakfast is of great important to us as it helps us run our day. Your breakfast, your lunch and the vitamins are all good for your healthy living. Taking water lastly helps in proper digestion of food.
