Greetings everyone, i welcome you all to my health diary game. I enjoy participating in this contest, because it's a fun an interactive way i can track our health progress, stay motivated and connect with others, as well as improving in my daily habits to maintain good health. Today, i want to write about those things i do to maintain a good health in form of diary game, || 13th May, 2024 ||. Let's proceed....
It was a Monday morning, the sun had already dipped below the horizon. I got up so early to join my team in aerobic exercises and other workout activities. Getting up from my bed didn't seem easy, but I had to because i know what exercises can do to my health. I arrived the field by 6:30am, that was when i captured that morning sun setting below the horizon. Our coach arrived in time so we started our programmes without wasting of time.
I'm a tall dude, so i personally told my coach to give me a programme which will help me regain my stamina. She recommended weight lifting for the start, and that's exactly what i was doing this Monday morning to improve my stability as well as enhancing my overall well-being. After completing the programme, i felt as if i swallowed a bag of cement😀. I was heavy and balance, and equal to all task for the day.
After leaving the field, my stomach start producing some sounds, and I knew very well that it is hunger knocking. On my way back home, i saw a restaurant which i feel they'll serve good meals, my instinct didn't deceive me because the rice and stew i ate was very delicious and nutritious though i didn't add enough protein to it because of my purse.
We all know that water is very essential to Human health, so after using 10 minutes to enjoy and consume my sumptuous meal, i drank Ntuen table water to step it down. I sat down for about 15 minutes for the food to digest before leaving the restaurant.
I have this vigor essential capsule from kedi company which is extracted from plants and 100% herbal which i take everyday after eating to supplement my meal while i go ahead with other task. After taking this capsules, i was forced to go to bed and get some rest.
I woke-up late in the evening, so i decided to talk a walk and visit a friend of mine who just lost her parents in a motor accident. On reaching her business spot, she was busy frying yam. So i decided to help her fry some, this makes me feel better to be honest, and with the tone on her face, she was very happy. I feel happy and relaxed helping her out.After spending some quality time with her, i went back home to get some rest as it was getting late.
Talking about the pains I felt?. Exercise is something i do often, so i felt zero pains. I love the life I'm living, things i do to maintain good health, so I don't think there's any changes to be made presently. This is my health diary game for || 13th May, 2024 ||.
