INTRODUCTION

Good morning steemians. Mental health has a significant or crucial role to play in our overall life. When we have mental health problems, it will surely affect how we act, how we think and how we feel. Though we are living in a world full of problems and depression, we should all try as much as possible to maintain a good mental health, because this adds value to our life.

How do you feel mentally? Be as open as possible.

I was inactive in steemit platform for 2 days with reasons, i was emotionally depressed and it affected my mental health. But right now I'm writing this content, I'm very much good and feeling alright. Life has no duplicate, mental health problems do affects our daily life, and the results it'll yield in the future maybe bad, so that's why i try as much as possible to make myself happy and stay mentally fit. So mentally, I'm feeling better.

What activities do you do to maintain your balance?
  • Exercising
  • Eating
  • Dancing

Exercising
If a day passes then I don't do my normal push-up by 6am and also going to play football by 7am, my day will be dull and unusual. I love exercising a lot, and this really helps me mentally.

Eating
Eating good food when it's time for food makes me happy and stay worry-free. When we're worry-free, our mental health will be good and active.

Dancing
My friends do call me a TikToker, lol. The reason why they call me that is because i like dancing, especially amapiano beats, I'm really good in that. Dancing really helps me stay mentally fit.

Could you describe what would happen if you had poor mental health?

Having for mental health will affects me so badly, I'll feel depressed, sad and most at times i get angry easily, that's why i always try as much as possible to avoid all that by doing things that help me stay mentally fit.

Conclusion

Like i said earlier, we're all living in a world full of depression and anxiety, despite that, we should all try as much as possible to prolong our life by doing things that will help us stay mentally fit. Stay safe my dear steemians.
