INTRODUCTION
Health is wealth. I'm really happy to participate in this amazing contest organized by @edgargonzalez talking about stress and our health. Everyone needs work hard so as to survive in this present economy. Working so hard leads to unnecessary stress which affects our health. So many people die young without any good reasons, what do you think causes most of those death? It's stress.
Do you think that stress leads to certain health problems?
Yeah, for sure, stress leads to some health problems. What are some of the health problems stress leads to? They're numerous health problems stress leads to, but I'll list and explain just 3.
- Heart disease
- Depression
- High blood pressure
Heart disease
So many individuals experiencing heart disease is all because of prolonged stress. We are humans not robot or machine, our body needs rest. Even the robot or machine stops functioning when it's tired, how about we humans.
Depression
Depression is one the health problems caused by stress. Depression can affect our ability to work or function in our daily life. How about working all day, then what we earn at the end of the day as our reward, doesn't worth the amount of work we did, we'll be depressed because the money can't sort that day's bills. So while working, we should create time to rest.
High blood pressure
One's mind need to be calm, especially at night. When we stress ourselves everyday at work without allowing our mind to rest can yield bad results, which is high blood pressure, and this can actually lead to death.
Do you lead a stress-free work or daily life? Explain
Yes, but leading a stress-free work or daily life can be very difficult and challenging. We have to maintain between our work and personal life, because it's very crucial for our health. While working, we should create time for ourselves, atleast for rest, that's what i do so as to avoid those health problems that comes with stress.
What activity do you do to keep yourself worry-free and stress-free? Whether it's going out, going to the gym, going to the movies, going out to visit a relative, walking, etc.
I mostly talk a walk along our area to ease me some stress and overthinking. There's this place called "love garden" in my area, the place is always calm and cool, i mostly visit there to stay worry free and stress free.
Sometimes, i do spend time with my guys by playing football to ease me the stress and worries about life. Like i said earlier,health is wealth staying healthy will give me hope to be wealthy in the nearest future.
Explain what situations cause you stress and if you have had or experienced any stressful moments!
I won't forget that particular month i stressed myself so much, all because of money. That was last year September, there's this project my boss was handling, and it was government project.
He gave me part of the project to handle, guys it was more than stressful, i worked almost all day, i can really remember that i do eat once a day for 1 week. After we completed the work, i fell sick and i was taken to the hospital. I nearly lost my life because of stress, but i thank God I'm here, I'll never repeat such, life has no duplicate so I won't joke with it.
CONCLUSION
It's crucial to take life they way we see it, we shouldn't work all day without proper rest, all in the name of making money or being rich overnight. When there's life there's hope.

Stress definitely leads us to cause many diseases as you describe in the publication, that is why we must lead a calm life, and live each day as if it were the last day!! It is always good to take time for ourselves and not just for life working.

Going on a stroll really helps calm our nerves, I have been doing it over the years and I can testify of it. Honestly, I can't overemphasize how depression can kill our passion towards things, but then all your points are valid.
