Hello healthy fellows, I trust you guys are really good. I am glad once again to be in this interesting contest organized by @suboohi. I will like to answer the hint questions as given:

♥️WHAT DO YOU UNDERSTAND BY MEANS OF ANEMIA

This is the problem of not having enough healthy red blood cells. It's also not having enough hemoglobin to carry enough oxygen to the body tissues .

Anybody with anemic issue tends to live a life of management. They person goes through a lot of things which are the signs and symptoms of anemia. So we will be looking into some signs and symptoms of anemia;

Signs And Symptoms Of Anemia Includes:

Often sickness

Chest pain

Shortness of breath

Dizziness

Weakness

Headaches

Skin becomes pale

♥️CAUSES OF ANEMIA

🩸When one fails to have enough nutritional value in his system.

🩸Lack of iron,vitamins and minerals

🩸Folate deficiency (folic acid)

🩸VitaminB12 deficiency

🩸Destruction of red blood cell before time,which can equally result to kidney failure,chronic diseases like infections.

Anemia is dangerous sickness if not we'll taken care of. I could vividly remember a girl that has this sickness in my locality,she barely feed not to talk of eating a nutritional diet. Honestly there are sicknesses that shouldn't come to the abode of the poor,like how are you going to do about it,where do you start from treating yourself.

Seeing how hard the country is now,I just pray that God will preserve his people to see better days ahead.

Well💁 in as much as anemia is very bad and dangerous as the symptoms implies,one should try and be on a safer side by avoiding it......

♥️PREVENTION OF ANEMIA

Like the saying will always say I quote"prevention is better than cure" I think for one to be on a safer side,one needs to avoid it before it comes to you that's what makes you matured and responsible as well.

So I will like us to know the prevention of anemia which includes:-

❣️Eating of vegetables

❣️More intake of iron food(calcium)e.g plantain.

❣️Taking of fruits for your vitaminB12 and vitaminC.

❣️Proteinous food is advisable (fish,red meat)

❣️Morning exercise is also needed as to enhance the chances of relief from pain

And peradventure you see yourself developing the early signs of anemia I advise you rush to the hospital for proper check ups and medications.

Heaven help those who help themselves🙏
