1-When adopting a healthy lifestyle, we focus entirely on making our body fit: eating healthy and doing exercises.
2-However if your mind is not healthy, you're doing everything to make it miserable, Feeding negatively inside it, it'll gonna make your body sick too.
3-If you're taking care of both things mentioned above while neglecting your soul, peace and purpose is not gonna be there in your life.
It's equally important to incorporate healthy habits in these three aspects. Some of these could be:
- Exercise
- Healthy eating
When i wake up i eat one fruit, a seasonal fruit, because they are fresh and also budget friendly.
Like Mango, Apple, watermelon, and Gvaua.
Some people prefer drinking fruit or vegetable juice instead of eating them. Which is not recommended at all.
In case of fruit, we should eat one only piece, but it exceeds when we make its juice.
Which increases the sugar level if we consistently do it. Excess of everything is bad.
Drinking water is also in my routine in the morning and evening. I struggle to drink a lot of water, so i drink 2-3 glasses if not more.
Another healthy habit of mine is to eat raw vegetables in the evening. It's my favourite snack, for that i prefer carrots.
Again i don't drink their juice, i eat them, i chew them until it becomes semi liquid.
Chewing your food(until it becomes liquid in mouth) is very important for our gut health. It helps in maintaining an ideal weight.
I walk in the morning(in winters) and evening(in summers) for 30-60 minutes.
I do Azkar or listen to a podcast while walking.
Keeping our body moving is a sign of life. If you don't use or move your Body, you lose it.

- Writing
Readers are the leaders
When we read, write, and learn something new each day our brain cells connect with each other. It keeps our brain healthy and young.
One of the things which i love doing is reading. There is no specific time for it. I can read in the morning, evening, and night(binge reading).
Reading any book at night time is preferable though. It helps in sleeping calmly later on.
Reading fictions strengthen our creative mind to imagine things. It inceases our intellect, i personally like people who read, i find them intelligent.
It's the imagination of great minds that shows in movies, writings, and Art.
Art makes life beautiful, isn't it?
I try to write regularly on Steemit, writing calms down my mind. It improve our memory.Writing down diaries helps in catharsis, it makes me realise how stupid are all the stuff i keep stressing over in my mind.
- Learing Religion for soul Health
Soul searching is not only for you, it's to connect with this world in a right manner.
A personal is physically fit, intelligent, doing great in other aspects of life.
However he still feels a void inside his chest. That is calling him to feed his soul through the light of a religion.
I read Quran interpretation everyday, Alhamdulillah. It's an online app, Quran for All which has recorded lectures, founded by Farhat Hashmi.
People become rigid after learning religion. That's why it's very important to choose a sensible and broad minded teacher.
When we read about Halal and Haram in our religion, we get offended, why there are so many restrictions.
These restriction are to protect our soul, to make it healthy.
Religion tells us to not cut off our relationships in a dispute.
Scientific studies show that people who have strong family and community ties are most successful and healthy in life.
Lieing, back bitting, stealing, looking others down, rigidness, and going in insolation are not allowed in our religion.
Daily feeding your soul and acting upon these things make our soul Healthy.
Religion tells us to love everyone and hate no one (but their actions). Love makes our Soul Healthy
