Exercise or workout is what will keep your colon stable. It helps to decrease your abdominal fats; it also relaxes your stomach and helps in digestion.
The best exercise for stomach and colon is crunches and also you can try yoga to stay fit.

Colon is the digestive system part where waste material is stored and removed from. It is important to have a healthy colon; you will get rid of major problems and diseases. Your body will absorb nutrients and minerals from the colon. The major diseases associated with colon is cancer, diarrhea and constipation; your body will not work efficiently and you will be suffering from severe pain.

Yes water is playing very good role to maintain digestion but according to me after 1 hour of lunch or breakfast, we should drink water so food can be digest easily and we can save from constipation.
