It's me Aniqa from Pakistan. As always, it's great to be a part of steem engagement. The topic is pretty good and the one that everyone loves to do. We all take care of ourselves and taking care of our health is super crucial, especially when it comes to hygiene. You know, keeping things clean and tidy not only helps us feel fresh but also keeps the germs away.

Many of us do not follow a strict routine for taking care of ourselves, commonly because our busy schedules do not allow us to do so. Previously, I also used to not take this thing seriously but with time I realized the need for skin care too, and decided to give it some time.

So grateful to Healthy Steem for creating this contest, we can get many other ideas too to take care of ourselves in a better way.

Now, let's start with my personal care products.

What is your daily routine when you wake up, what products do you use and what function does each of them fulfill?

All of us have some daily routine and we usually follow the same every time. After getting up the first thing I do is to brush my teeth and then I have to get ready as I have to go to work.

Coming towards product details for my care that I use,

Ponds Facewash: The first personal care product I use for my face is Pond Facewash. I have been using this product for quite a long time and it suits my skin very well. It does not make my face dry and keeps it clear. It is available in many different variants you can opt for them as per your skin type.

Blissful Sun Block: Sunblock is very essential for everyone whether you are going out or not. One should use it daily and add it to your bucket for the sake of your skin health. I recently got this one from an online website and it's pretty good. It absorbs smoothly and does not leave any oil or whitish layer over my face.

Primer: I always use primer in my skincare routine because it's like the magic touch for my makeup! It makes my skin super smooth and helps my makeup stay perfect all day long.

Blissful Barrier Repair Moisturizer: My skin is super dry so moisturizer is my daily must-have because it keeps my skin hydrated. I recently got this one from the same website. it's pretty good it keeps my skin moisturized for quite a long time.

Under Eye Cofee Serum: I have dark circles under my eyes so I got myself this serum. I've been using this under-eye coffee serum lately on and off, It is quite good it lightens them and makes eyes look better.

Blissful Retinol serum: So, I've recently added retinol serum to my skincare routine, and let me tell you, it's been a game-changer! I just dab on a bit at night, and it makes skin look fresh and glow. It's not even a month of using it and I can see the difference.

Coconut Oil: Like all the body parts hair is also very important and must be taken great care of. For this, I love using coconut oil for my hair. It's super moisturizing. Just a quick massage and rinse, and my hair feels soft and looks shiny.

Do you consider that you take care of your personal hygiene? justify your answer.

Yes, I believe that I do take care of my hygiene. My religion emphasizes a lot over its importance. Being a Muslim I have to perform my Salah five times a day Alhamdulillah. For this, I take my hygiene very seriously and always try to be at my best in this regard. I do cut my nails whenever they grow a little longer and I do follow other hygiene things that comply with the definition of cleanliness and hygiene in my religion.

What is the cost on Steem of your hygiene products and how long will it take approximately to replenish them?

Coming to the cost, let me just add this it's getting very expensive to be here in Pakistan. The inflation is high and it costs almost double all the items that were very cheap previously.

Do you think that to maintain good hygiene and/or appearance you need to spend a lot of money?

No, not at all! You don't have to spend a lot of money to keep up good hygiene and appearance. Yes, there are fancy products out there, but I believe that we can achieve the same results without being so expensive. If I talk about myself I do shopping in Sales. It saves you a good amount. There are plenty of affordable options for hygiene products that work just fine. It's all about finding what works for you and sticking to a routine. And except for the product, it's all about your routine and keeping yourself clean and the best part is this does not cost anything except your time and energy.

The last thing I wanna add here is it's not at all difficult to work on your hygiene. Just follow a healthy lifestyle and you will see the difference in yourself.
