Hi how are you hope you will be fine and spending a healthy life with your loved once and I am also fine and spending a healthy life with my children they are my energy booster and my life line when I heared the childish talk I completely surprised and feel happy

Today I want to share again my diary game and your health because it was a my favorite topic and I have a lot of thing which I shared with you
In this topic

I woke up early in the morning and I start my day with the name of allah almighty then I prepared breakfast and after that I did some exercise in early morning
When I was free from exercise of pilaties I took a light hot glass and it removes all the germs and dirt which was entered during the work out and it has also help to melting the our fat procedure thus I followed all of these thing with great care

After exercise when I took glass of water after that I completed all my task which I did in the whole day then after free from tasks my children woke up and they get fresh up so we having breakfast altogether and after that i saw all my updates in my mobile which I respond all of the update so when I free from all these task I felt some tiredness but meanwhile I thought that I had to prepared some lunch menu for my family because my inlaws had breakfast in early morning

So then I prepared lunch menu and I prepared birayani which was so favorite of my children and when my children came to know that I prepared that delicious dish they were so happy so after lunch I drunk cup of tea which is called masala tea is beneficial for our health

After that I completed my task which was left due to lunch menu and when I free from task and house chores I decided took nap for few hours then woke up

I checked all my work of my children copies whuch they done during my nap so I point out the mistake of my children in after that I felt some tiredness in my body so I took panadol to the glass of water because simple water is the best instant of our body

Then I served the dinner to all the family members because my mother in law has stomach ulcer and she cannot digest anything late night so she having dinner after maghrib prayer then I pressed the cloth of my mother in law and my children played on the roof because fresh air the most important thing for our health
When we came back from the roof it was 10° clock and it was to late so my children laid down on their beds and after completed the task I was very tired so i also slept
