What do you understand using bone health?

The term bone health in my own knowledge is the act or study that deals with bone, either how it behaves in the human body and also how it responds to stimuli and the way to keep functioning. The term "bone health" is simply referring to how the bone can be maintained and protected.

What are the key factors and tips in the entrance of bone health?

The key tips that can be used for the maintenance of bones are :

  • Ensure that you frequently perform exercises that will enable the bones to be flexible, this flexibility will enable the bones to help you move and perform other activities such as running, jumping, dancing, and jogging the flexibility of the bones makes it easier for you to move freely.

  • To also maintain bone health, we ought to stop poor posture or movement and also need to avoid the maintenance of one body posture for a long period. This entails that we are not supposed to sit, walk, or stand incorrectly, the next thing is that we should not sit, stand, walk, or run for a long period for the bones are not supposed to stay in one position for a long period.

Tell us about the food that helps to keep bones healthy.?

The food that helps keep the bones healthy are energy-giving and protective foods. This food is;

  1. The energy-giving food like rice, yam, cassava, and potatoes. This set of foods helps to provide enough energy for the bones to function well and heal fast when we consume this food the bone's full potential will be unlocked. This food also builds the joints of the body.

  2. The next food that is the main source of keeping the bones healthy is the protective food which is the vitamins. Vitamins protect the bones and fight against diseases and germs that can stop the normal functioning of the bones, the vitamins protect and nourish the bones and improve their appearance in the body, if you maintain the regular consumption of vitamins the shape of your body will become beautiful because the vitamins restructure and reaffirms the bones in the human body thereby providing it with its proper shape.
