Hello Everyone! How are you guys? I hope all of my friends of this wonderful community will be happy and fine. Here lets meet me on this wonderful community is called healthysteem community. Today i am here for participating in he content that is organized by our loved one @hive-168205.
Sugar is also the need of our body and daily life... But if you take sugar is according to your need it is good but intake of more sugar is harmful.... Like everyone should use the less amount or prescribed amount of sugar according to your age and body.... We should use nine to ten teaspoons of sugar daily for an average person... There are many types of sugar that we used in our daily life... Fruits have natural sugar .... Table sugar we used in making tea,coffee and sweets... Milk has it own sugar present in it... Thus,we should use little and maximum amount of sugar beacause intake of more sugar causes fat and make us lazy and produce many diseases..
We should aware ourselves about it and over intake of sugar and the disadvantages of sugar.. and it is our duty to aware our parents,relatives and friends of our circle...My Grandmother (late) at her last year's was get caught in diabetes... It was the worst time for my family beacause my father loves her mother too much and did best to save her life but Allah has other plans(May Allah rest her in peace)... At the she didn't noticed but after some time and attacks of high sugar it's becomes very critical and in an urgent notice she admitted to hospital.... She had an ulcer which is increasing day by day because of high sugar after three to four surgeries we were near to recover and have controll on her sugar level.. My Grandmother spent three months in hospital and fight against diabetes but she died on February (Rest in Peace)
As per sugar is an important part in our daily life there are many negative things happens if we increased the intake of sugar.... Many of people like sweets, chocolate and things made of sugar but I am the person who don't like sugar or sweet things.... Alhamdulillah I have no problem with sugar because my daily usage of sugar is very low... I just take very little amount like one small teaspoon of sugar in tea... or sometime I ate fruits otherwise I don't like sweet things or sugar like others.... using more sugar causes teeth infection... fat and diabetes but Alhamdulillah I am far from any of them....
Definitely any thing that we use out of limit is harmful.... It disturbed our body health,that body don't work properly and we caught in different diseases...Sugar is the worst enemy of our health because it is the main substitute of diabetes.... Diabetes cases are increasing very fast day by day.... We are become lazy... sleepy and tired every time and couldn't pay proper or complete attention on anything around us....It may cause lot of diseases because of our laziness and tiredness of everytime..... we are not active for long time and our body is disturbing inside but we don't get it immediately.... symptoms showed after long time.... So there are number if disadvantages of sugar but if we take it in a limit or prescribed by our nutritionist it is good for health....
