What is really best for our body?

I think that water is so good for our bodies as it one of the essential element of life everything needs and causes great health. Water is essential to human life, and it has many uses. Water aids multiple physiological functions related to nutrient transportation, body temperature regulation, etc. It also guards our bones, brain and heart.

Our body releases a substantial quantity of water while we are physically active, sports and energy activity etc. It means that this hard work leads to dehydration. As a result, water is essential for rehydration to restore the lost fluids and maintain normal bodily functions. Although there are many sports drinks out as possible substitutes for water to replenish the body by containing electrolytes and carbohydrates, these beverages generally contain high amounts of sugary substances through colorings and preservatives that may turn unhealthy in the long run.

Unlike any other artificial drinks, water is all natural and organic keeping the body hydrated. When it comes to regular daily routine water is the best option.

If money were not a problem, which one would you choose and why?

I would always take water, even if it unfortunately is not considered from a financial perspective. This is understandable as water does not contain artificial ingredients. It is safe and very healthy for our system. No calories thanks to nature water, stress-free weight management. Moreover water can come clean by means of natural filter systems which render it microorganisms and also contaminants free.

Sports drinks do serve certain benefits, such as refueling electrolytes during long-term physical activity. However, these drinks are often high in sugars and have artificial ingredients which can also be harmful if over consumed. That is why no doubt, I will always pick water as it is natural and guaranteed to be safe.

One other favorable point on water is that it may be obtained and provided any time of the day, in every place. It is a cost-effective and greener alternative to other beverage options as it eliminates the requirement of plastic bottles.

Is water enough for us, or do we need something more?

Most commonly water is needed by our bodies. It gives the fluids that are required for keeping hydration. Among its functions, water is the medium for many physiological processes in our bodies; it aids health of digestive system by enabling proper digestion and nutrient passage while promoting toxin removal.

However, if you do alot of long high-intensity physical activity like marathon running or intensive sports activities then the body can deplete a massive number of electrolytes. Simply drinking water may not be an effective solution in such scenarios; symptoms of fatigue or weakness, muscle cramps etc. also signify that you are suffering from electrolyte imbalance. In such cases, electrolyte-rich beverages like sports drinks or lemon-salt water may assist the maintenance of a person's body balance.

Highly physical-active people or those who work under hot conditions may need more electrolytes. In such conditions, only water would possibly not suffice; one must drink electrolyte-containing beverages to be sufficiently hydrated.

Water With Lemon & Salt

Yes, I have tried lemon and salt water. It is an easy old drink practiced to keep you hydrated and electrolyte balanced. The lemon-salt mix is especially good for your body.

🔹Lemon: They are high in Vitamin C, an antioxidant. Supports the immune system, good for skin and a great way to detox. Lemons contain citric acid which is said to help prevent the chance of moisture loss from your body and it also helps in digestion.
🔹Salt: Sodium plays a vital role in maintaining the chemical balance within our cells and helps control muscle contractions. it come naturally from Salt. The body loses sodium through physical exertion or excessive sweating, salt helps to re-supply lost salts. Salt allows the body to retain water and potassium, which ameliorates muscle cramps.

Whenever I am exhausted in terms of physical strain or due to a busy day, as mostly it is summer season, I drink lemon and salt water. Whenever a little hydration is in order after an extended workout, this drink it does the trick fast. Similarly, it boosts digestion and lashes the body. Lemon mixed with salt water has a little bit more taste than normal one so you can drink it easily.
