My favorite dry fruits are dates and mixed nuts. I try to eat dates every morning. I also like nuts very much. I always ensured to keep these two dry fruits in my room.
In my country Bangladesh life is busy and stressful so keeping a healthy brain is difficult. These two kinds of food that easy to find and very useful. These foods give energy, also help the brain work better.
Dates |
---|
Dates are very commonly eaten during Ramadan in Bangladesh and should be eaten all year round. The natural sugars in dates such as glucose and fructose supply quick energy to our brain. Eating a few dates at the start or end of the day soothe the brain and add relief our stress. In addition, dates also contain vitamin B6 that aids in improving our memory and brain function. Magnesium and potassium relax the nerves and reduce anxiety and tiredness. Dates rich in antioxidants that protect brain cells and help fight against many other diseases in the future.
Mixed nuts like walnut, almonds, cashews and peanuts very good for our brain health. Walnuts look similar brain and they are very good for our brain. Omega-3 fatty acid help us with brain development and memory. Almonds are rich in magnessium and vitamin E, which strengthens the nerves and protects brain from stress and away from depression. The brain becomes more active and we can improve our focus through cashews.
Working long hours is not easy for people and me also. These two foods can be very useful for us. Not only dates and mixed nuts helps the brain but also the body as a whole. They’re natural and easy to find, they’re excellent foods for students and working people.
I think, We should eat dates and mixed nuts regularly. A few dates and mixed nuts in the morning or in the evening can be an easy habit for us. In the long run it can protect our mental and physical health. By this habit, we shall be keeping the brain healthy, and capable to bear the stress and challenge of the day.
