🌼 What do you do to minimize these ailments?

Meditation for reducing stress sourcecartoon-business-people-meditating-illustration_23-2148910629.jpg

To reduce the physical problems caused by stress, I follow some regular habits.

First, I practice breathing daily. Deep breathing encourages oxygen consumption to relax the body and calm nervous system. This is a very effective way to get rid of stress.

Meditation, yoga is also a major part of life. Even if I meditate for a short while each day; this makes me keep my spirit at peace and it helps relieve stress. It calms the nervous system down, relax and tones up over worked muscles, removes mental and physical tension from body making it to balance energy wise.

Another effective way works for me is exercise. Working out creates endorphins, also known as the 'good hormones, that will lower my stress and put me in a better mood. I force myself to work out every day for at least 30 minutes just so I am moving around and letting some stress leave my body.

I also concentrate on eating a well-balanced diet. The proper diet rich in fruits, and vegetables with a protein profile can help to relax the body.

And finally, I also make sure to get enough sleep. Lack of moderate sleep can raise your stress level, so I always get 7-8 hours of rest nightly.

Hola ! 👋
