🧸What is a healthy herb?
Plants considered to be healthy due to various medicinal properties are called healthy herbs. Herbs are used for many diseases such as antioxidant properties, brain boosters, liver problems, urinary disorders, among those medicinal properties. Also, herbs have the ability to cure cancer and provide essential factors to the body. By adding these types of medicinal plants to a healthy diet, you can get vitamins and minerals that are useful for health.
A variety of healthy herbs are available in the market. It is obtained from a natural plant and is available as capsules, tablets, powders, teas, fresh or dried plants. These healthy herbs are used by people to maintain or improve their body. Cinnamon, turmeric, garlic, ginger, peppermint, coriander, black peppercorns, etc. Among memory support and brain health, Gotu kola, lemon balm, spearmint, gingko etc. are in the forefront.
🧸What are the Health benefits of herbs
Herbs prevent and manage diseases like heart disease, cancer and diabetes. In addition, while reducing blood clots, it shows anti-tumor properties. Herbs like Tumeric have more anti-inflammatory effects. And herbs are better than drugs because herbs are the medicines that we got naturally, but we don't know how good the drugs produced by a process are for our body.
🧸What is the best herb to take daily?
In my point of view, I recommended ginger is the best herb to take daily. And I love to taste ginger mixed red tea. It's taste perfect and improves immunity level in our body. Not only that ginger has a better digestion property. This herb can easily empty your stomach as well as helps speed up the digestion process of our body. Even it is a weight lost natural aid property.
Ginger used for thousands years of treatment such as migraine, nausea, arthritis, colds, hypertension etc. But we should remember that it has limited amounts to eat safely daily. But in my knowledge adults recommended limiting ginger amounts 3g-4g per day. But some people should regret more than 1g per day like pregnant women, heartburn and diarrhoea patients, like that.
🧸Positive and negative effects of herbs
I have discussed many positive effects of healthy herbs above. So I am looking forward to talking about negative effects in this section. Many of the healthy herbs cause allergies in people and cause pruritus or rashes on the skin surface. I also know from personal experience that some patients have to face conditions like asthma, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.
