Hi, healthy Steemians! I feel energized to share with you this energy boosting day recipes. On daily basis, we engage in different kinds of strenuous work that requires daily intake of nutritious food that should supply us with various vitamins, minerals and energy, to enable the body perform up to expectation and keep our body fit. Not having or consuming nutritional recipes renders the body inactive to respond to our daily obligations. The lack of nutritions supplied by the food we take also make the body prone to attacks from different kinds of diseases. So it now becomes necessary that we ensure the food we take contains at least, the minimum amount of nutrients that the body needs in a given time.

The Nutrition Tips:

When you need an energy that could sustain you for a long period of time, then this is the meal that does the magic! As could be seen, the meal is not just prepared with a particular source of ingredient, it is a combination of various sources of nutrients from different sources. The nutritional composition of the meal is as follows:

  • Carbohydrates
  • Vitamin A
  • Proteins
  • potassium
  • Fiber
  • Calcium
  • Folate
  • Vitamin C

The sources of these vitamins and minerals are:

  • Vegetables
  • (Garri) Carbohydrates
  • Okro
  • Meat
  • Pepper 🌶️
  • Crayfish
  • Oil
  • Salt

Having these nutrients with these quantity of food, could serve my energy requirement in the morning or in the night. Don't get overwhelmed by this quantity of food. I am an African so I need a whole lot of energy during the day to sustain me.

For staying mentally healthy and physically fit, Yoga is such an exercise to reckon with. Practicing the Yoga exercises early in the morning daily, keeps you mentally fit to run your day. Being mentally healthy and physically fit involves staying free from anxiety or worry, sharpening the brain and having peace of mind, these yoga exercises could enhance it!
