I adopt some methods to live my healthy life, so that we can take care of our health even when we have less time in today's fast paced life. Because health is everything. No one else may support you but it is your health that always supports you. Smiling is also very important for us to make our healthy life because smile is the biggest medicine. Has life become stressful nowadays, everyone from adults to children is going through stress at their own level, in that situation if we smile for a few moments, then even for a few moments, we will be able to relieve our health a little from stress. That's why you should keep talking with everyone and share your stress with your special people.
Otherwise you don't know when worry turns into a pyre.
We should eat pulses and green vegetables in sufficient quantity. We should keep getting our checkups done from time to time.

I like to do some activities to keep my body fit. So that I do not have to face physical problems. I include fruits, green vegetables, curd, pulses in my diet. So that our body gets enough nutrients.
Dal rice green vegetables are very important in our daily life. Nowadays children shy away from eating green vegetables. But when I make maggi or pasta, I add green vegetables to that too.
I keep my body healthy
Pranayama
Surya Namaskar
lemonade
Morning walk
Excercise
Celery water
I do this and do not forget to drink celery water after waking up in the morning. Because this hot water helps in removing all the dirt from our body. I cook oily food from time to time in a gap of few days. This is not included in daily routine.
Someone has said the truth.
When the body is healed, then the Ganga is in tatters.

Of course, today's food and drink is not that good. In today's fast paced life, people are ignoring the nutritional and healthy eating habits. And fast food like chowmein, momos, pizza and outside food are getting more attracted. That's why we have to take care of our health amidst this type of food and drink, then a little exercise, morning work, lemon water can prove to be very useful for our health.
If we do not take these, then many types of diseases will arise in our body and eating fried food made of cholesterol, fat, indigestion and bad oil also increases the risk of heart disease. Earlier people used to do all the work with their hands and while sitting, their stomach did not come out. But nowadays everything has become standing. Everything is done while standing and people have become dependent on servants, so nowadays there are a lot of complaints about stomach enlargement. That's why health-related work must be done, so that our health remains perfect.
