Today I am writing about an interesting and knowledgeable contest which is launched by @khursheedanwar all time my favourite topic ""Your favourite dry fruit for brain health"" So, in this post I am going to share my point of view about this topic
Dry fruits are very beneficial for our health. Consuming them gives strength to the body, strengthens the bones and also makes the brain healthy. In the winter season, they can be consumed in many ways. They provide warmth to the body and also protect it from winter.
I think almonds are most beneficial for the health of the brain.
We eat almonds after soaking and peeling them. Soaking almonds in water for two to four hours and then peeling them and eating them gives hundred percent results. Two to four almonds taken with milk are enough in a day.
Beneficial properties of almonds
There is a saying, if a person starts forgetting something again and again, then people tell him to eat almonds. Memory will become sharp, similarly in school children are told to eat almonds, soaked almonds will increase your memory power.
Vitamin E, magnesium elements are found in almonds. Apart from this, fiber, protein etc. are found in abundance in almonds.
Health benefits of almonds
Eating almonds sharpens memory.
Almond dry fruits contain fiber, which keeps the digestive system healthy.
Vitamin A and other antibiotic elements found in almonds are also helpful in keeping the immunity system healthy.
Consuming almonds also helps in getting rid of skin and hair problems.
How can we consume almonds or in what forms can we consume them
We can cut almonds into small pieces and put them in kheer or in the air. We also make laddus for eating by adding dry fruits, almonds etc., which help in strengthening our bones.
In winter season, giving paste of ground almonds to small children mixed with honey also provides relief from cold and stiffness.
We use almond oil for black thick hair.
In this way we know that almonds are beneficial for our body from brain to many other health benefits. Therefore, we should use dry fruits in our regular diet.
