Friends, hope you all are happy and healthy. Since the winter season is going on, everyone would be focusing on their health because it is the winter season which energizes us and provides us a good weather to maintain our fitness every day. Like Healthy Steem community, @aaliarubab has organized a very good contest and through my mind and my daily experience, I will tell you all the tricks that I do regarding my daily fitness.


The exercise you did

Every day I wake up early in the morning to exercise and run for 2 to 3 kilometers. It is certain that this body is ours and nothing can happen to it unless we ourselves spoil it. Only Allah can take back the body given by Allah and no one else can spoil it, the only condition is that we have to take care of this body and not get addicted to it. If we do not exercise and we move towards addiction, then no one can stop our body from deteriorating. That's why you have to take time out every day to exercise.

To maintain good health, never skip morning breakfast. It is very difficult to take out time in our busy lifestyle and if we skip lunch during work, we may be at risk of hypoglycemia. That's why you should always have breakfast in the morning and never skip it. If you consume tea or coffee, then keep the amount of sugar within limits or do not take sugar at all if you do not have hypoglycemia. Sugar made in factories is like white poison.

Maintain carbohydrate intake in lunch or dinner. Keep your protein intake adequate but take only the protein you get from vegetables and bitter gourds in your intake and stay away from the protein from junk food because junk food is also a poison which spoils our digestive system. Junk food increases obesity, hence avoid junk food and take fresh vegetables and vitamins. There are people in India who do not eat meat, so it is important for them to eat all red colored vegetables because they contain vitamins and especially B-12.


The medicines or vitamins you take, if any

It is God's gift that I do not have any disease, hence I do not take any medicines but I eat vegetables for minerals and vitamins. While eating, definitely eat salad because it contains a lot of vitamins and minerals. Onion contains a large amount of vitamins and minerals. If you cut a tomato straight, you will know that the chambers of the human heart look like atrium and ventricular. Tomatoes contain a large amount of Vitamin B-12 which does not allow the heart's vascular system to get compressed or blocked. So, make sure to use salad while eating.


The water you drank

Use at least 3 to 4 liters of water if you do not have kidney disease. Because there is up to 76% water in the human body and if there is no water in our body then blood pressure will remain low and there will be no oxygen in the cells of the body and due to this, oxygen will not reach the cells of the body properly. Just like we eat grains, the food for the cells of our body is oxygen, so if the cells do not get oxygen then we can face a lot of problems. If there is no water in the body, acid will increase in the blood and acidic blood proves to be very dangerous for heart, brain and kidney. Therefore, if there is no blood pressure or kidney disease, a healthy adult person should drink 5-6 liters of water.


What you did to relax


To keep the mind calm, you should worship God because religion orders us only about peace and hence by reading religious texts the mind remains calm. Listening to quiet music keeps the mind calm. Our body should get at least 8 hours of continuous sleep, then our mind remains calm. One should not have addiction to mobile. Most of the people in today's time have become addicted to mobile but mobile steals our sleep and we are not able to get mental peace.


The pain or tiredness you felt, etc.


By the grace of God, I do not have any disease in my body till now nor am I a patient of any chronic pain. At this age and due to job, most of the people have the problem of back pain, but I keep praying, hence I do not have any kind of pain in my body. I recommend all of you to know your religion and do exercise according to your religion. Yoga is also a best exercise, if you learn the types of yoga then it is much better for you.


Conclusion


This is our body only and it is healthy as long as we take healthy food and maintain fitness. Our life and human incarnation is a gift given by God which is God's trust and he can take it at any time, hence we should not betray our trust and it is only our healthy body that we have to return to God. Therefore, eat good food and maintain fitness by staying away from addictions.
