What do you know about kidney disease?

Since birth, there are two kidneys in the human body, the kidneys have the ability to clean the blood of the human body. They control blood pressure. The kidneys are located a little above the waist in the back of the human body. On both sides of the spine. If someone has problems with their kidneys, then various problems occur in the body. People's ankles swell, nausea occurs. The production of blood iron cells is disrupted. Kidneys are two parts of the human body that remove waste products from the body and excrete them during urination and also with urine. Sometimes kidney stones can be life-threatening if not treated urgently. The kidneys are the filtering organs of the human body that remove waste. Therefore, kidney disease is a serious disease.

Have you or someone you know ever experienced kidney-related issues?

By the infinite grace of Allah, I have not had any kidney problems till now. May Allah keep me free from kidney diseases for the rest of my life. We are five siblings, of whom only one is a sister. My sister-in-law had kidney problems long before. At that time, I was in Dhaka, I brought him to Dhaka and got him treated at PG Hospital. The doctor did many tests, after all kinds of tests, he had kidney stones. He used to vomit even after eating properly, he didn't like anything. However, the doctor said that he has to undergo an operation. Hearing this, my sister is crying a lot, I explained to her a lot and told her that there will be no problem. You just call on the Creator. I talked to the doctor for a long time, how to remove kidney stones without surgery. The doctor assured that the stones can be removed through the computer without surgery, but it will take time. We said there is no problem, I told the doctor that you should start working. That was about 15 years ago, until now my brother-in-law is doing well.

How can we prevent and manage kidney disease?

Kidney disease is such a disease, if we eat right food, move around regularly then we will get rid of kidney disease. However, we cannot eat any addictive food. We must drink water regularly, get enough sleep. Especially we cannot smoke, then our kidneys will be good. There are some kidney tests that should be done every six months as per the doctor's advice. The creatinine level of the kidneys should be checked. If we follow a regular routine, it is possible to prevent kidney diseases and the kidney function will be maintained properly.
