Hello my dear friends. I am one of your friends. My name is Kartik Agarwal. I live in India. I am participating in this contest of Healthy Steem. This contest is organised by @sahmie . So I am going to start my blog. So let's begin without wasting time;
Eating food is very useful for our body. Because food contains all kinds of elements and proteins that help in keeping our body healthy and growing. But eating too much or eating randomly is also harmful for our body. We should take food as medicine, just like we take medicines or any medicine by making a time table regularly, in the same way we should also take food by making rules. Because eating regularly and on time has its own importance, so food should always be taken as medicine by making a time table.
There are several food items which provide strength and energy to our body, but the ones which provide the most strength are coarse grains like gram, millet, maize and wheat etc. We should consume these things in most of our meals.
If the eating habits are right and these grains are eaten instead of eating too much junk food like momos, chowmein etc, then they will always act as a medicine to make the body strong and the person will always remain healthy and strong, his body will always remain disease-free and he will not need any other medicines.
If we make a timetable for eating and consume food at the right time to remain healthy in our daily life, then we will always remain healthy and disease-free. To stay healthy, we should eat food only when we feel hungry and not eat random things. We should always eat home cooked food and as far as possible, we should not eat a full meal at night and if possible, we should eat food at least three hours before going to bed. If we keep all these things in mind while preparing our food routine, then our body will always remain healthy, strong and beautiful.
Nowadays, even small children are taught about the right ways of eating in school and they should also learn it because if we want to keep our body healthy, then children should understand it from childhood itself. Therefore, it will be better if children get the knowledge of the right ways of eating in school, then it will be very good for their future.
Because if we take food in the body like a medicine, that is, we take it at a fixed time and at short intervals, then it will be beneficial for the body. Yes, no one can teach this thing to children better than schools that just like it is necessary to take medicine from time to time when one is sick, similarly, it is very important to take food from time to time by making rules to keep the body healthy.
