What is your opinion about intermittent fasting? Is it easier to lose weight or not?

The "intermittent fasting" is more like giving your own body a little break from eating for probably some certain hours of the day. Though Many people find it much easier to lose weight with this very method because it do limits the time they can eat.

  • By eating less or fewer meals, definitely in the process often consume fewer calories. And so my opinions count that with IF it's easier to loss Weight.

But However, it’s also important to remember that the weight loss can vary definitely from a person to another person. For some out there, "IF" can be very much helpful, while also others may struggle with it to stick to it's pattern. Basically I'll say Yes, there definitely can be risks for some people who try it. Especially those with diabetes, some with eating disorders, or maybe other health issues should be very careful. Intermittent fasting can at end cause the blood sugar levels to drop, which may not likely be safe for everyone 🙏. The Pregnant women and also people with certain medical conditions should do well to consult a doctor before trying this IF. It’s indeed most important and essential to listen to your body and so seek guidance if you're maybe unsure.

It always requires discipline and definitely a change in eating habits, which can be very hard to maintain forever.
