My favourite dry fruit for brain 🧠 health

Hello 👋 my young scientist Fellow! Today we're all going to explore together the amazing dry fruits that really work like special power-ups for our 🧠 brain. It Just like how the superheroes have many different powers, each of these dry fruit has its own pretty special way of helping out our brain work better!

Wonderful Walnuts: The Memory Masters

These very ❤️wrinkly warriors look more just like tiny brains, and can you guess what?
They're so fantastic for our memory! The Walnuts are packed together with omega-3 fats (think of them as the brain-feeding vitamins) and the antioxidants (like tiny shield-makers that do protect our brain cells). When we eat the walnuts:

  • We know our brain gets much better at remembering things like the schoolwork and where we all put our toys.
  • The special fats always helps to brain cells talk to each other very faster.
  • They help us stay always focused during our homework time.

The "Almonds" are like the little white knights for our brain! They're much filled with the vitamin E ("a super-protector") and the special proteins that help us:

  3. Have them as to compare like a snack when doing homework or reading.
  4. Share them too with friends during the study time

Also do you know? Our brain do uses 20% of all the energy we do get from food, even though it's only just about 2% of our body weight! That's definitely why feeding it with the right foods is so necessarily important.

It's important to Remember always and check with our grown-ups before really trying new foods that we're seeing today, most especially if you've never had all these dry fruits before. Though Some people might be so allergic to certain nuts, so it's then important to be very careful and genuinely smart!
