My oral health stands amongst the most important things in my hygiene routine and without it i don't have a complete hygiene routine for the day and with that other consequences follow sought. Before i begin i would like to thank @helengutier2 for creating the contest. This is an opportunity for me to express my thoughts.
Oral health is the overall health of the gums, teeth, mouth, and the surrounding tissues and has 5 main components, meaning to consider one to have a good oral health, the following needs to be considered.
Teeth should be firm and complete free from decay, holes or cracks of any sought.
Gums should be pink and firm and free from pains, swellings, infections, bleeding and wounds.
Mouth should be free from dryness, bad breath, foreign particles like organisms. The mouth carries all the other organs of the oral parts.
Jaw and facial muscles These support the entire mouth and must be free from damage, pain or discomfort.
Tongues and lips The lips is a doorway of the mouth and the tongue is the organ which controls taste, chewing and swallowing of food materials. These two should be free from wounds, infections, dryness, cracks and other conditions.
Withouth a good oral health, feeding; chewing and swallowing of food is impaired making it difficult for the body to acquire basic nutrients and hence will reduce the quality of life of individual.

To maintain a good oral health, i make sure to brush my teeth every day when i wake up and every night before i sleep, this reduces the infectious agents in them and keep out bad mouth odors. After meals i make sure i do a good rinse off with water to remove most food particles that got stuck in my mouth, this is to prevent decay and accumulation of dirt. From time to time i make sure i floss the teeth to maintain the clean spaces. To top it off i always follow health programs online that help improve on my oral health.
Indeed quality of life is always intertwined with physical and mental health balance without which the individual is not having a good quality of life. Physical balance involves bodily strength and function, this means the physical body as a whole is free from damages, inflammation and is fully functional. Mental health has to do with emtional balance, clear and free thoughts.
I think with a near perfect physical and mental health, one has achieved a good quality of life

Quality of life is the overall satisfaction of an individuals life and to get a good quality of life, the individual can have a few things such as environment, physical health, way of living, achievements, personal growth, relationships. Among these some consider the best of all or few as a good quality of life as for me i consider a perfect balance of my physical health, mental health, personal growth, my environment as my quality of life.
Well-being and Oral health Are the most important things to me, since they are both related to each other. Without a good well-being, an individual can not perform all their duties. I would say well being stands at the top of the quality of life component and it is the most important.
