I hope you are safe and healthy. So today I thought of coming to you with a very beautiful post.

So guys, today I am going to share some information about Goraka.

Also, almost everyone is interested in keeping a healthy and shapely body. Therefore, goraka is a very popular medicine for that. Also, did you know that goraka can maintain a youthful appearance? So I think this information will be very important today for everyone who wants to be beautiful.

So it is believed that the origin of the goraka tree started from the Indian subcontinent and from there it spread to Asian countries such as Malaysia, Burma and Thailand. This tree bears fruit twice a year. It is a shade-loving, slow-growing tree found naturally in the tropical rainforests of Sri Lanka.

Goraka trees grow up to nearly 15 meters high. In the past, one or two goraka trees were seen in the forests of many garden plots in the wet zone. Now due to the small size of the land, goraka trees have become extinct. According to the Red Data Book of the World Conservation Union, the gora tree belongs to the group of endangered plants in the world.

So Goraka is something that we all use to cook food. Also, due to the taste and quality of goraka, it has become very popular nowadays. Different types of products which use goraka are popular among everyone nowadays

Goraka is known as Kodukkaipuli in Tamil and its botanical name is Garcinia quaesita. It is a tree belonging to the genus Clusiaceae.

Also, this tree is rarely cultivated as an economic crop. Agronomists say that well-drained, slightly acidic, clay loam soil is best for goraka cultivation. The plant also needs well-distributed rain. These trees take 7-9 years to bear fruit and grafted plants take 4-5 years.

According to scientific research, Goraka is a medicine that helps to reduce body weight, remove toxins and preserve youth. In Ayurveda, Goraka is known as "Vrikshamla". Ayurveda mentions that "Vrikshamla" is more beneficial for the heart as a substance with a sour taste. Goraka is an excellent herb for those suffering from obesity as well as for preventing gastritis.

Research has shown that snoring has the ability to sensitize insulin-secreting cells in people with diabetes. Accordingly, snoring has the ability to increase insulin secretion. Goraka is used in the treatment of digestive diseases as well as joint diseases and uterine diseases.

Snoring is also considered to be a medicine rich in antioxidant properties. Accordingly, it has anti-cancer properties. It is also able to prevent cancer especially related to the alimentary tract. It is also an effective remedy for piles and worms.

Goraka juice is used to treat gum disease, intestinal disorders, ulcers and wounds, while Goraka leaf bark and flowers are also used for fractures. The milk and gum obtained from the bark of the goraka tree are also used in Ayurvedic medicine. It is also considered as an antiseptic.

Goraka has been known as a food flavoring since ancient times. Goraka was a must-have flavor when cooking curries like fish and coconut milk curry.

Ripe yellow and red gorak nuts fall under the trees, dry in the sun, mix with salt and store in a pot. There are also easy-to-use snoring paste products available today. Snoring tea has also come into use today.

So we can eat snort while cooking as well as just plain

And snort drinks have become very popular nowadays
