Ensure that you always listen to classic music that makes you feel happy and complete.
You can also ensure you visit and spend time with them often and also call them more than they call you.
Make sure the you always be around people that make you happy and joyful in any situation whether good or bad.
You also need to put more interest in things that makes happy and healthy physically, emotionally and mentally.
Ensure that you always sleep at the right time to allow your internal organs to function to they full potentials.

Relaxing at the hotel.
We all know that humans must definitely feel stressed in one way or the other so I like to engage in recreational activities like playing football, taking a walk around the barracks and going to hotels to relax.
Playing football may seem to be a stressful act to guys but to me it's also method to relief pain, anxiety, depression and bad mood. Football is a sport that makes me to fill happy an focused are playing it.
I live in the barracks which is very big and I like taking a walk around the premises to visit my friends, agemates and schoolmates. Walking around the place makes me feel relaxed and happy because I get to crack jokes with my friends and schoolmates.
I and my friend, my classmates especially like to go to the hotel to relax and have fun. The hotel 🏨 is a place where you can feel relaxed and comfortable due to the features and beautiful surrounding.
I and my friends usually swim in the pool, dance to good afrobeat music, drink both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and eat good food. We also go around the hotel to take pictures to remember our moments with each other.

SELF-CARE: can be referred as the act of caring for yourself and your needs before the needs of others.
Self-care is a means in which you can maintain a healthy health status with yourself in other make easy for you to carry those good feelings to others. If you are not in a healthy relationship with yourself they is every tendency of you transmitting those bad feelings to others.
If you take good of yourself it will make you to always feel happy, recharged, improve your problem solving abilities and makes you to always be concentrated.
If you take a step further to prioritize your well-being you will have more efficient knowledge and capacity to tackle things either mentally, this will also give you more energy.
If you care for yourself, you will have a more good esteem and self-confidence about yourself.

In other to ensure that I take time for myself due to my busy schedule I usually have a time table for the the that I use for my daily activities, both chores, work, sleep and rest.
I'm also trying as much as possible to have a day which I usually have time for myself which is Friday. I also plan how my daily activities will go to avoid time clash.
In other to make sure I have time for myself I also do what I have to do when I have to do it to avoid unnecessary confusion during the day.
When ever I have a free time for myself I like to spend it doing relaxing and resting activities that will make me happy. I also like to practice the act of daily gratitude.
