I deeeply Acknowledge the contest organizer of this contest @khursheedanwar. This sounds really interacting and interesting, anyway! I will be dropping my opinion as we learn together.
Obesity is described as a disorder that involves excessive body fat which increases the risk of various health problems. It usually occur from the intake of more calories than are burned by normal daily activities and exercise. This condition is not just a cosmetic concern, It is a medical problem that grows the risk of diabetes, heart disease, and some certain cancers.
Here are some types of obesity. They include;
✅ Nervous stomach:
Consumption of sugary items as a response to aniexty or stress usually leads to obesity. A quick control over actions when they are stressed is necessary. An obesity person should always make it a point to keep the house free of sweets, so that they wouldn't attempt to consume them during stressful times.
✅ Obesity arising from diet:
Some of this obesity patient are not always being selective with food. They either eat the wrong kinds of food, eat much food and wouldn't exercise to let the fats drive out, this is obe if the things that leads to obesity. For such a person to deal with these, he/she needs to attend to these two-pronged approaches, which involve, eating balanced diet in an appropriate quantity and regular excercise. When this is the main kind of obesity one is suffering from, then sugary foods are the main culprit.
From my research, i have come across various types of obesity which can be very deadly and some that can be manageable and controllable. Here below is one of the riskiest type of obesity;
CENTRAL OBESITY:This type of obesity involves excessive accumulation of fat in the abdominal area, specifically due to excess visceral fat. Hence, visceral fat is been supplied by the portal blood system, excess fat in this column could lead to the release of fatty deposits into the bloodstream, which then causes various health-related problems. |

Actually, it happens to be that none of my family lineage has this obesity of a thing. Highest, we just add moderate weight and stay healthy or just maintain our slim fit.

My dad's family are just slim, none of my uncles and aunts from my dad's side is fat or has obesity. Even my mom's side they are just normal, added a little flesh and are living healthy. So literally there's no trace of obesity in my family and there can never be.
CONCLUSION:
