Health Matters; (Self Care)

If I don't greet the founder of this idea, it will be bad of me. Therefore, I humbly salute @sahmie, the guardian curator of this amazing health matters.

Before I delve efficiently into the whole plot, I want to verify with a legitible facts that Health is wealth and anything without health is danger.

In addition, I applaud that life without self-care is potentially a disgrace to supernatural giver.

How do you prioritize self-care in your daily routine?

In my daily routine, a carved image is perfectly pasted on my room-wall. The image contains the activities of the day. And the time to carryout each of this activities are perfectly stated clearly.

As a health-care imbiber, it's part of my role to ensure adequate completion of daily-assigned activities. And part of this also has an impact in modeling my health. In the sense that, I don't play or toil with things that will harm my health. I ensure, substances that should be properly discard are discarded. I ensure the littered ones are sweep off majestically.

Most times, majority of our children become less concern after eating. They throw their plates to different corners, leaving the floor wetted with sponges of soup pills or rice pills. Some don't even wash their hands before conveying foods to their mouth. Immediately, foods are prepared and served, the first thing that pops into their mind is competition.

Competition with food becomes sadden when you're pushing germs and diseases into your stomach through your hands. Ignorance has left many lives in dungeon. Never be part

What activities help you relax and unwind when you're feeling stressed?

TikTok is one of the most influential media to be in existence. Whenever I'm faced with stresses; the most fabulous thing to do is to embrace relaxation, and these can be gotten from various sources. TikTok play major role. Facebook play major role. Youtube play major role. Even your eyes also play major role.

If you don't have phone to access TikTok and the rest. You can switch your eyes off and wake up in the next five to eight hours. Then, your body must have regain strength. You're a Tually building up your supportive tissue, which will help in reboosting your healthy body.

Why is self-care important for maintaining overall well-being?

  • Prosperity is sure.

When you take good care of yourself, prosperity is sure. You will hardly experience pestilences. Unless, they are arrows from heaven. And unless, you must've sin.

  • There'll be enthusiasm for wealth.

No sick man or woman want to work. You won't have the strength to do that. But if you're strong and sound, the interest to work will burst in.

How do you ensure you take time for yourself amidst your busy schedule?

Having a working-talking-timetable is the biggest response or airdrop for this. You might collapse or summersaults while working; due to failure of not having a working-talking-timetable. You will fail if you don't have a plan, blueprint, working-talking-timetable for your life.

Your time table tells you when to work, when to rest, when to exercise, when to eat and do some other activities.

What self-care practices have you found most beneficial for your mental health?

  • Early morning Jogging

I found this more fantastic, and it's really expensive. I feel more comfortable when engaging in this kind of daily routine. I feel priced and favoured.

In general, self-care is wealth. Inspite of how bouncing you are in the shape of healthiness, without clothing yourself with this immaterialism of self-care, you can end up harming your health

It's a great job to be so organized about your daily activities! Your health and vitality will grow because of your safe eating habits and healthy hygiene efforts. But, if children are tried and helped to build caring habits, the future society will not be the most difficult.
