I am a witness on how intermittent fasting really has a curative effect on heart disease. It is because that my brother developed a coronary heart blockage which caused his heart to beat abnormally that could lead to heart attack which is why he did seek help for it and the reason on why he got diagnosed.
The doctor prescribed him medicines and was advised to look after his diet. My brother has no control about his diet, he is a heavy eater but he is not fat. However his heart's coronary artery suffered but my brother turned his diet 180 degrees around and went into intermittent fasting.
Now he only eats once a day and only eats healthy foods. I do think that what he is doing makes his body to use up all the energy from the food that he consumes in a more efficient way which I do think that we all have to do in order to avoid essentially developing a coronary artery issues or blockages of the heart.
Well my brother's efforts worked because he is actually on the operating table already to get a stent procedure in his heart when upon looking at the specific blockage in his heart by the surgeon, the doctor was surprised that there is no more need for it because he had seen that the blocked or very narrow artery had been improved. So my brother got wheeled out from the operating table again and was allowed to go home immediately. Well of course he also has to take some medicines still.
So intermittent fasting makes sense as I had explained above because normally people should eat less of calories and fats in our diets but modern ways of eating makes our bodies get overloaded with those and so our bodies would get affected by blocked arteries leading to heart attack and the proof of that is heart attack in a leading cause of death worldwide due to over consumption of foods and the wrong foods or food-like things including its additives which also causes diseases of many sorts.
I recommend intermittent fasting as a number one go-to solution coupled with a healthy diet plus of course exercise if you have heart condition because of what it did to my brother who is now continuing his one meal a day diet and is as healthy as ever with his heart. @stef1
