Who is poisoning our food...

Dear Steemians,

Here is the excellent discussion on what is going on in the industry that is so important for humankind.
It became too complicated and we are paying the price...

The question is what would be the best and most effective things to do to avoid the industries dirty practices?
How to make a difference in a smaller communities or how to make a global impact?
What are the best ways to protect yourselve and your family?

This are just some of the questions that we need to work on continuously...

Thank you for your contributionism,
Damir

The best way is to make your own food and to try to stay away from the fast food and chemicals you are fed by, by the food industry. Seem if it comes to vitamins/minerals and taking pills. It will be hard but if it comes to it we can also limit what we eat instead of stuffing ourselves (how lower the quality of the food the more hungry we feel and the easier we are addicted).

Having the old seeds to be able to grow a bit for own consumption is helpful as well and so is looking at what nature has to offer which is most likely way worse than all the food with 1001 food labels about safe consumption which it is most likely not. All products that won't get spoiled are bad anyway.

I once bought a "salami" in Hungary and forgot to take it out/with me. As I came back home after 6 weeks it was still in good condition although the package was open. This reminds me of the Mcdonalds hamburger. Seems that one will be good in 50 years as well. I it comes to poison our food says enough and it's for sure not the pollution that will kill us.

A great weekend with not too many worries. Prepare yourself what you like to eat with basic ingredients and try to leave the chemicals out of it.

Good topic.
