If we talk about the causes of heat stroke, then as I mentioned above and I am mentioning here also that stroke occurs due to heat and the main reason for this is that the temperature of a person is very high for a long time and he is unable to control it, then this becomes a reason for heat stroke and this is evident from the name itself.

But not only in temperature but there are some other conditions with it as well like if someone has temperature and he does not take fluid intake due to which he will become a victim of dehydration and high temperature with dehydration is the cause of heat stroke.

Apart from this, there are many other causes like strenuous physical activity which is done in hot weather, and apart from this, if any such medicine is used which causes problems in temperature regulation of the body, then that can also become a reason for heat stroke.

Take care of drinking water : As I had mentioned in answer of question 2 that drinking less water causes heat stroke along with high temperature, so I think it is important to include this point. Always drink plenty of water, at least 8 glasses a day for a normal person or if someone is using medicine then he can increase its limit, this is a main point by following which you can avoid heat stroke.

Stay cool : I will always recommend that you never stay in a very hot place for too long, like if someone is working in a hot iron factory etc. in very hot summer, then he will either keep pouring cold water on himself, otherwise it is important to drink enough water or not stay in the heat for too long.
