What is behavior

Assalam Alaikum This is the first question of the contest that what is behavior, if we talk about it, there are different points in it.

  • Attitude refers to how you treat another person, how you respond to someone's questions, and the tone of voice in which you respond.

  • And the behavior of each person is not the same but different. If we talk about different, why is it different? In which environment that person has grown up and how he has been taught to behave by his elders.

Mention types of humans behavior

Three main types of human behavior include:

  1. Prosocial Behavior: Such an attitude is manifested in deeds aimed at improving the condition of others or the entire community. Social behavior includes acts of charity, cooperation, altruism, and empathy etc. One of them is assisting a person in need, group service or giving charity.

Antisocial Behavior: Primarily the spectrum of antisocial behavior includes actions resulting in harm or disruption caused to others or society. ## Group 1: The main portion of antisocial behavior spectrum is located in the actions which harm others and the society. Not only being rude, cheating or ignoring the existing social values but also ignoring the needs of the other people is involved in this. Included into that are bullying, vandalism, stealing and violent crimes.

  1. Conformity: Consistency is the tendency of an individual to adjust his attitude, belief or behavior to conform to those standards accepted in the society or the norm. Conformity is typically a sign of submission to social needs and/or peer pressure to be liked or fit in. You will find conformity in most of the life components, for example, peer groups, organizations and cultures. Among examples are to match with the same trends, or sharing a common political view, or making some of the work environment rules.

How can our behavior affect our health

Now, the third question we have in this question is how an attitude affects our health, so if we talk about how it affects our health, then health is of two types, one physical and the other Are mental Health.

  1. Mental Health

First we will talk about mental health How attitude affects mental health The reason for talking about mental health first is that it has a lot to do with our mental health because our attitude is what we think and what What we have understood and how we will respond to it is all we have to think through our mind.

  • If our attitude is not good with anyone, it will lead to quarrels and quarrels between us, which will lead to riots and we will never be able to remain mentally calm during quarrels or riots.We will not sleep peacefully, we will not be able to think about anything in a calm environment and we will always be worried and tense.

  1. Physical Health

We are talking about physical health secondly because physical health is directly related to our mental health. There are some points that I am going to share with you below.

  • If we are not mentally well with someone, we are mentally tensed, it can have a direct effect on our physical health in such a way that we will not sleep peacefully and also fights will arise. Our physical health will be damaged and when we do not sleep peacefully, our organs are not proper, when they do not get rest, some examples will occur. Such as increased blood pressure, lack of blood filter, all these problems will come to the fore which will damage the physical health.
