Contest: Water vs Sports Drinks

Hello friends and welcome to my article. I am really glad to appreciate @oneray for organizing an interesting contest too. I would be participating immediately in this dynamics and may the best contestant win the challenge most definitely.


What is really best for our body?

Water is a basic necessity, staying hydrated is really important and cannot be overemphasized. Most especially early morning hydration, this particularly aids in digestion and absorption of debris and I absorbed food. It also flushes the bowels to clean out system. Water intake makes us healthy, staying hydrated is crucial to the body. Dissolving toxicity and ultrafiltration role of the kidney is championed by water in the body. Therefore the higher water you consume, the more likely you get to live a healthier as sickness free life.

Experimentally, I have gone 6 months without illness since I started the routine. Toxicity in my body reduced to about 70% in my body. Early morning hydration does the trick. I try to take water every morning at 6:00a.m. whenever I wake up. In less than 20 minutes I empty my bowels and feel refreshed. During days I go jogging too hydration keeps me active and healthy. With these few claims I believe that water is really best for our body.


If money were not a problem which one would you choose and why?

I would personally recommend water any day and any time. It is really an ancient medicine. It is really important to take water more often than not. I must say the more water you take in, the more likelihood of staying healthy. Importantly, I'm trying hard not to drop a bad review on soda and other forms of energy drinks. I'm a medical student and knows details into the component of these sports drinks in question. I must surely say that I would take water anyday and anytime over any drink

Moreso, carbonated drinks are really addictive and could make someone get so used to it. I know a friend that consumes soda so much. He is so bulky and fat and it is really a thing I must highlight. These sport drinks makes someone get so fat and also poses risk to health one way or the other, if and only if they don't burn the fat or consumed drinks.

Is water enough for us, or do we need something more?

Water is nature's free gift but here is were special advice comes in. When performing exercise or sporting activities it's quite expedient that you take soda or other forms of sport drinks. It provides the body with active glucose which is used up during exercise, it aids in metabolic functions. The energy drinks also are important too as they replenish the body during the time of metabolism, giving you energy to perform sporting activity.

Otherwise, I don't see the reason for other soft drinks. If you take the natural fruit juice, it is really a great alternative which is beautiful for the body. I must say energy drink possesses caffeine a deadly component to the body which destroys the male reproductive organ, do your research, I know that i am satisfied with water anytime and anyday.


Have you ever had water with lemon and salt? If so, what was the reason for doing so?

I am a health activist and at that do not experiment dangerous compounds in my body. I am really happy that I don't do this. I do not know the effect though I believe it is a healthy tea, because lemon is good for the body. I believe it should be a type of tea to shed weight, but beyond my intuition, I have said and surely do believe I do not need to experiment with the special tea combination.

Durante mucho tiempo llegué a pensar que las bebidas deportivas eran mejor que el agua e incluso, cometí el error que en cada comida, era lo que tomaba pero, cuando comprendí que no era así, cambié radicalmente esa posición y comencé a tomar más agua y más ahorita que realizo actividades deportivas diariamente.
