Hello to all my dear steemian friends,
Today I am very happy to be taking part in the "How is your mental health " contest proposed by @helengutier2.

At present, most of the people are suffering from mental illnesses, the reason for which can be the environment around them, the circumstances of that person or even the heritage. And sometimes a big reason for this is also the excessive use of the Internet without any reason. I have seen people sitting with the phone for hours and scrolling and watching reels.
Which also has a deep effect on their mind and there are many changes in the mood.
Do you have or had any of these diseases: anxiety, depression or bipolar disorder? How did you realize?
By the grace of God, I did not have any such disease, nor do I have it. But yes, sometimes I start worrying about something, but I do not let any kind of worry dominate me for a long time.
Anxiety is a human emotion associated with fear or nervousness, it is a normal experience but if it persists too much and for a long time, it can become a mental health problem.
Which method do you use to calm anxiety because it is a disease that forces us to think too much, how do you control those thoughts?
When I am anxious, I mostly listen to music. Listening to music calms my mind and removes my worries.
Anxiety and depression can also be cured by some exercises and activities like meditation.
Because anxiety is a disease that forces us to think too much and creates negativity in our mind.
I remove those thoughts by playing with my children or talking funny things and listening to music. I try to keep myself and all the people in my family happy so that problems like anxiety and depression do not come in front of us.
Depression and bipolar disorder are such silent diseases that we realize only when we see changes in mood. Do you think that these should be treated by a psychiatrist and medicines should be taken or is there any natural way for this?
Depression and bipolar disorder are both mental health disorders. In depression, a person feels very sad, whereas in bipolar disorder, there are many mood swings.
I remember when my father died, my mother was very upset. She felt very sad, she was losing interest in activities. Her weight started increasing a lot.
She used to think about something or the other all the time. Due to which, she started getting many diseases in her body. At the same time, she became a patient of diabetes and blood pressure.
Then, we siblings removed her stress with great difficulty. We always tried to keep her very happy. We spend most of our time with mother and never left her alone at all.
Two-three times a week, despite mother's refusal, we used to take her out for a walk so that her mood becomes a little fresh. And from time to time, she was also treated as per the doctor's advice.
Depression and bipolar disorder are such silent diseases that we realize only when we see changes in mood.
For this we need to keep every patient very happy. It is our responsibility to take care of them all the time but it is also necessary to show them to a psychiatrist and get them medicines from time to time.
Taking a walk in the morning and evening and sitting in a garden or park has a very good effect on our mind.
That is why we must take a walk in the morning and evening.
Do you think that being active, whether it is working or doing any activity, keeps you away from these diseases?
Yes, I think this is absolutely correct. That being active, whether it is working or doing any activity, keeps us away from diseases. Because being engaged in any work keeps our mind engaged in work and stays away from unnecessary worries and depression. We do not get time to think about many things.
Someone has rightly said "An idle mind is the devil's brain" so it is better if we keep ourselves busy.
I heartily thank @helengutier2 for organizing this informative competition.

Hello @dipi2024, I loved knowing that you cared about your mother to the point of taking her out of her comfort zone to improve her health.
As long as we can care for our loved ones, we must do so for the good of all.
Greetings.
