Fatigue
Fatigue is a symptom that everyone experiences at some point in their lives.
Fatigue is caused by many reasons such as excessive physical exertion or prolonged stress or lack of sleep and dietary choices.
Fatigue starts occurring very quickly due to many diseases in the body such as diabetes and cholesterol.
How do you fight fatigue?
Although I am an active person all the time, but sometimes I get tired due to overwork, then I make a cup of coffee or lemon tea and drink it.
Or I sit or lie down comfortably for 10-15 minutes.
This relaxes my body.
Sometimes when I am too busy and do not get time to relax, I listen to God's bhajans. This refreshes my mind and all my fatigue and worries go away.
Listening to music at a slightly louder volume makes me feel good and brings energy to my body.
Which activity makes you the most tired?
When my children have holidays for several days in a row and the children make a lot of noise in the house.
This sometimes happens when I have a quarrel with someone. Then I feel like sitting quietly. I want peace. And if I don't get peace, I feel tired. And I become irritable.
When you sleep, do you wake up energetic or tired?
When I wake up, I am always fresh.
Sometimes it happens that due to being out somewhere or being busy in a party, we go to sleep very late. Then there is some fatigue in the body due to lack of sleep.
But I have a habit of drinking two glasses of lukewarm water after waking up. After drinking that water, I get a different kind of energy.
Because water helps in maintaining the energy level in the body.
Then from there I get involved in my daily routine work.
What do you do to remove fatigue?
I find lemon tea to be the best for getting rid of fatigue. As soon as I drink lemon tea, a different kind of energy comes into my body.
When we do a little exercise every day, our body remains agile. Due to which we do not get tired easily.
I also listen to music to get rid of fatigue. Listening to music refreshes my mind.
Sometimes when I feel mentally tired, I go to the temple. I like taking refuge in God in the temple.
Or sometimes I go and sit in the park. I feel very good seeing the natural beauty in the park. And I forget all my tiredness.
I do not let fatigue dominate me too much.
I get my full 8 hours of sleep.
I do a little yoga, drink a lot of water.
And take a balanced diet.
How do you think fatigue affects your health?
When I am tired, I have a strong desire to rest or sleep.
I do not feel like doing any work.
When I am tired, many symptoms like headache, body pain, lack of appetite come to the fore.
When we are tired, we become very irritable.
Being too tired leads to many diseases.
When we are tired, we feel more sleepy.
If we start sleeping too much, then fat gets accumulated in our body and we become lazy and due to the accumulation of fat, many types of diseases start occurring in the body.
