Heart attack is a medical issue that can strike anyone, regardless of age or health status. So, let's look into the details.
What is a Heart Attack?
Heart attack can occur when the blood flow to the heart is blocked, causing damage to the heart muscle.
Three Symptoms of a Heart Attack
While heart attacks can be silent, there are often warning signs. There are three common symptoms of heart attack;
Chest Pain: Chest pain is one of the most common symptoms of heart attack. The pain may feel like pressure, tightness, or a squeezing sensation in the center of the chest. It may also radiate to the arms, back, neck, jaw, or stomach.
Shortness of Breath: People having a heart attack may experience difficulty breathing.
Dizziness: Breaking out in a cold sweat, or feeling dizzy, or experiencing a sense of impending doom can also be symptoms of a heart attack.
How Does Smoking Affect Heart Attack Risk?
Smoking is a vital risk factor for heart attacks. Smoking damages the inner lining of blood vessels, making them more open to blockages. It also increases blood pressure, reduces blood flow to the heart, and makes blood more likely to clot.

Tell me a story about a heart attack that happened to you or someone you know.
I don't a personal experience, but i can share a story about my uncle who had it.
My uncle, according to the story, he had been experiencing occasional chest pains and shortness of breath while walking. He actually did not bother to look into it has he considered it to be from exhaustion. One day, while playing he was playing with his kids he felt a sudden sharp pain in his chest, and thankfully there were people around that day that was how be was rushed to the hospital and received treatment.
