Did you know that many diseases are hereditary?
Yes, I'm aware that many diseases are hereditary and can be passed on just like traits from one generation to another. This is because of the complexity that envelopes the concept of genes, DNA, chromosomes and the like.
The same way we inherit physical traits from our parents or older generations such as height, size, intellect etc is the same way we also inherit some diseases. Its just like getting a not so fun kind of inheritance from our older generation, why its tagged as hereditary disease.
What are the diseases that have been triggered in your family or friends circle? explain
In my family, no hereditary diseases have been triggered and this remains something I've been thankful for. I know how difficult it can be to deal with some of these hereditary diseases as I have a friend who is diabetic and claims it runs in his family. I see how he struggles with his diet and sugar intake and it seems very unfair that someone had to be exposed to such a disease just because of his/her genes.
However, the disease skipped his younger brother. He usually describes it as a lucky escape but still, he makes sure his brother manages his intake and health well as prevention they say, is better than cure.
Do you take health forecasts regarding these diseases?
Although health forecasts are very beneficial to managing one's health as they can provide one with useful information pertaining to health-based scenarios one may be exposed to depending on their genetic predisposition. However, I haven't taken health forecasts because I have not felt the need to.
As I mentioned earlier, there are no hereditary or family-based diseases running in our bloodline so I have reason to believe I'm all good but I recognize their importance in health choices and guidance and in the treatment, prevention and management of some of these diseases and other non-hereditary diseases likewise.
Can hereditary diseases be cured?

The question of whether hereditary disease can be cured is not one that can be given a straight answer. This is because of the delicate genetic nature of these diseases and although giant strides have been made in the course of developing treatment and prevention of such diseases as well as the best ways to manage them, complete cures may not always be attainable.
Although it cant be said with 100% certainty that all hereditary diseases can be cured, is strongly believe that sometime in the near future as our technology continues to advance and groundbreaking discoveries are made, we will able to strip the complexities associated with these genetic-based diseases and isolate their effects thereby leading to a cure for each of them.

I think almost all of our physical health can be achieved through exercise and healthy eating. Most of our diseases are caused by irregular eating habits and lack of sleep. However, the genetic problems that we inherit from generation to generation have been brought to some extent as a result of current medical technology. I agree with you that if medical technology improves further in the future this problem will be completely eradicated.

Hola amigo estas enfermedades hereditarias que nunca se curan realmente son así como explicas... A veces nos dan ese regalito que no se cura, entonces vivimos toda la vida con eso... Pero, con medicamento se controla...
Gracias por compartir con nosotros...

Your perspective on health forecasts is interesting. I mean, why worry if there's no family history of these diseases, right? But you made a good point about how they can still provide important insights for those who might be at risk. Good luck in the contest! 😊

Yes indeed.
Although hereditary diseases are not in my list of worries. I still have to be careful to not contact something that can be passed on to future generations and so I have to make healthy lifestyle choices.
I appreciate the kind words sir
