👩⚕️ In your country, ¿what type of ancient medicine did they perform?
Being multi diversity in my country Pakistan's ancient people rely on different medication and most commonly used were herbals. As these are moved from generation to generation and you know these were very effective.
I remembered when i was kid i had a problem of allergies and my family doctor recommend me ginger tea for throat and its the matter of beliefs too i got recovered.
Ayurvedic medication used to treat malaria, old fever, cough, body pains and many other diseases which were cured very speedily.
👩⚕️ ¿Can you give your honest opinion according to your beliefs? (your point of view is valuable to us)
Well , in my belief and point of view ancient medication system was more good, as there were less side effects and it was more effective on people.
I still recommended natural herbs to treatment of different diseases. For example if someone asked me about the high blood pressure i suggest the use of garlic in food.
Similarly joshanda for seasonal allergy. In case of infection turmeric. Neem leaves if there is boils because i knew its working and i had used it.
So i can say i have strong believe in ancient system of medication moreover its not very expensive.
👩⚕️ ¿Can you describe some elements they used at the time? What was the special use of each one?
Yeah at my home different elements are used to cure diseases. My doll was ill and she had severe vomiting and at the moment i don't have syrup, my mom extract the onion juice and gave to my doll she was fine after few moments.
For myself i have allergic and i used ginger cinnamon tea which is very effective for me and i feel good.
Moreover if there are any skin allergies we prefer to use aloe vera which is quite active in combating the adverse effects of the allergies.
👩⚕️ Design a scenario about ''Ancient medicine''
Well, there was a girl who has severe case mouth blisters and it was very frequent, she tried different methods to cure it but no one was working and of course she was in pain.
She came to physician and stated her problem and all the possible herbs she had used. He take a thin glass and cut her blister complete and she was perfect in few minutes.
She was surprised to see but the physician was using this practice from the long time to treat mouth ulcers.

The contributions of traditional medicine are undeniable and it is still used today and yes, it has less side effects depending on the dose, it happens that sometimes people take the concoctions in excess and it has counterproductive effects. I grew up in a village that believes in herbal healing, although there are doctors and of course they are visited. Just as you said about mouth sores, it happens with flus, joint pains, toothaches and there are herbs for everything.
