Contest alert!! || Obesity types

Good day everyone and welcome 🤗 to my blog, how are you doing I hope all is well and you all are having a nice a wonderful day, as for me I'm fine and in good health

Today I will be taking part in an amazing contest organize by @khursheedanwar here in the healthy steem community with the theme obesity types

Here I am going to share with you all the various types of obesity and according to my research I have found three which are;

• Class I obesity: BMI 30 to <35 kg/m².
• Class II obesity: BMI 35 to <40 kg/m².
• Class III obesity: BMI 40+ kg/m².

Here the various types of obesity is being group into classes and in this method it is being arranged due to their level of seriousness or how severe it is to the body.

As seen in the above starting from the class one to the class three which you can see that I have graded them according to their weight, which is to say that the mass of the body is determined by the class of obesity the victim is currently in.

In the HIV/Aids virus 🦠 it has only two stages which is the HIV which is the first stage of the virus in the body and if ignored will develop to AIDS which is the end

So same is applicable with obesity starting from the first class when ignored and the patient refuses to watch his or her diet or engage in physical activities it can be very fetal in a sense that it can be health threatening and in most cases it can even lead to life discomfort.

Nope that is a no go, in my family either in my dad's side or my mom's side I haven't found any one that had or had obesity but the ones that are still alive and the ones that are late

My mom had a very normal and attractive body shape and size as she wasn't too fat or too slim though she's late now but my dad on the other hand is evergreen as he is slim just like me and my siblings.
