The four main factors of health

Hello to everyone, I hope you are all well and healthy.I'm new to this community and I'm so happy to be a part of the community.I love reading people's experiences of healthy living and learning about health information.Today I want to talk to you about the four main factors of health and my own experience. The four main factors of health are good diet, regular sleep, mental wellbeing, and exercise.

What do you eat to stay healthy? How you can improve your diet?

Turkey is a country with a Mediterranean climate and four seasons.That's why I eat vegetables and fruits in season to stay healthy. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day for me. I take care to consume oats and olive oil every morning. In the evenings, I prefer traditional Turkish meal or light appetizers. I follow a 1600 calorie diet to lose weight my sustainable diet program consists of 16 hours of fasting and two meal. I think the key to staying fit and healthy is to eat two meals and not eat anything after dinner. I'm not a completely healthy eating person. sometimes i can eat too much bread and sugar. ı think ı can improve my diet by reducing refined sugar.

What is your sleeping pattern, and how can you improve it?
My favorite activity in this world might be sleeping. I love sleeping as much as a polar bear. My sleep pattern changes according to my study plan but in general ı try to sleep more than 5 hours. sleep pattern and quality is a big problem for me. For a quality sleep, we should stay away from sound and light and we must stay away from technological devices and television light 2 hours before going to sleep. I like to plan the next day I always write a diary before I go to sleep.

What are your daily exercises or activities? Do you need to do more?
If I say that I exercise every day, it would be a big lie. I study at the faculty four days a week. I just walk on days when I have classes. I don't have time to exercise because I have classes from nine to four. By the time I get home it's already 7pm and I'm just studying. I do pilates and cardio intensively on friday saturday and Sunday. I balance my weight by doing intense sports three days a week.

What do you do for mental fitness?
The key to having a healthy mind and psychology is inner peace.
Doing your best, spending time with your family, being a compassionate person are the basic components of inner peace. I think we should include love in our lives for good mental health. We must remember that time passes quickly, life is short, and make time for our loved ones. Praying everyday makes me feel so good. I feel in touch with God. This is how I struggle with my problems and protect my psychology.
