Hey everyone, happy new week and how are you guys doing today? I hopefully believe you are all fine. I'm here to engage in these very interesting contests that have been organised by @khursheedanwar in the Healthy Steem community, which tilted heart attack. I'm also using this medium to draw the attention of @josepha @alli001 @waterjoe and @bossj23 to engage in this contest.

Heart attack occurs when the flow of blood to the heart muscle is blocked, and without blood, the heart tissue will lose oxygen, and it will cause damage to the heart. Heart attack is also known as myocardial infarction, talking about this particular word "plaques." When plaques enlarge in your coronary arteries, the myocardium, which is called the heart muscle, can not be able to accept sufficient blood.

   What are heart attack major symptoms?

These are some of the symptoms most people usually experience.

  • Aches and pain: it's minor pain and discomfort typically in other areas of the upper body, for example, neck, arms, stomach, and jaws.

  • Chest pressure: that might feel such a pain, tightness, and squeezing.

  • Shortness of breath: such as being involved in smoking 🚬 can cause short of breathing.

  • Fatigue: it can be caused by not having good rest, heavy exertion, and ageing.

  • sweating: it's just to keep your body temperature down, but when the body arteries becomes obturate, your heart will automatically impel to work in a busily way to keep blood circulating.

  • Gastrointestinal: Vomiting, indigestion, and nausea are also symptoms of different health issues, but the best way to identify it is to seek the help of your physicians.

  • heart palpitations: This is cause by anxiety when you also feel fluttering, skipping a beat and heart racing.

There are many ways to control heart attack, such as:

  • Stress management: stress rise blood pressure, and you know blood pressure is one of the factors that affects heart health. Therefore, you need to engage in a relaxation manner, e.g, abdominal breathing and joga.
  • Alcohol beverage: limit alcohol consumption because too much of it might result in increasing blood pressure, and it will develop other diseases such as cancer, stroke, and cardiomyopathy. Cardiomyopathy means disease of a heart muscle.
  • Quit smoking: it can reduce blood circulation to the heart and increase the risk of heart disease. But quitting smoking can help to lower the risk of heart attack.
  • Exercise: it helps to develop muscle capacity to tug air out of the blood and decrease the requirements of the heart to push additional blood to the thew.
  • Eating a good diet such as vegetables and plenty of fruit is good because it contains vitamins and minerals. It can help prevent heart disease, too.
