What do you understand by means of Anemia |

Anemia is that moment where our body lacks enough healthy red blood cells or hemoglobin to practically carry oxygen from the lungs to the rest of our body.
So how could we know if we are falling under anemic patient!?
When someone is anemic there are different sign and symptoms that indicates it, You might feel tired frequently, weak, and dizzy. Skin might look pale, and you will get short of breath easily or Rapid and irregular heartbeat.
Just note this is the early symptoms of anemia👇
- Fatigue
- Weakness
- Pale skin
- Cold hands and feet
- Dizziness
- Reduced immunity which is more close to infections.
- Shortness of breath
Causes of Anemia |

The main causes of anemia is when production of red blood cells is reduced and when are body is over heat, like having high fever.
Excess blood loss (external or internal bleeding)can cause Anemia.
Weak immune system conditions. And risk factors like malnutrition, absorption problems, excessive bleeding during menstruation, and family history can cause Anemia too.

Upon all this anemia symptoms and causes there are several ways we can prevent it ,for as not to fall a victim👇
Eating healthy diet rich in iron, vitamin B12, and folic acid can prevent it.
Increasing vitamin C intake, will help prevent anemia.
Limiting tea and coffee consumption can prevent it.
Excersicing daily can helps increase the production of red blood 🩸 cells which can prevent anemia.
Adding green vegetables to our food can also helps In preventing anemia.
🤔🤷But you may ask what can you do if you had already fallen a victim of anemia???
