Let’s get into what hepatitis is….
Hepatitis is not just a word that need definition but it is an inflammation of the liver. Our liver is like a filter. So when hepatitis causes inflammation in the liver , it can no longer function properly. We can see how bad them name implies.

There are five different times of Hepatitis, which are;

1. Hepatitis A (HAV) - Spread through contaminated food, water, or contact.
2. Hepatitis B (HBV) - spread through bodily fluids, from mother to child, or through sharing needles, this is just like infectious diseases.
3. Hepatitis C (HCV) - Spread through blood transfusions, injections, or contaminated tattoos.
4. Hepatitis D (HDV) - Hepatitis B only occurs in sick people.
5. Hepatitis E (HEV) - Spread through contaminated food, water, or undercooked meat.

• During this time of period, people with hepatitis ABCDE will have some of this symptoms:
• Nausea and vomiting
• Abdominal pain
• The color of urine will be dark
• Loss of appetite
• Redness and eyes (jaundice) .

• Itching
• Fatigue.
  However the worst part is that if left untreated, liver disease can cause tumors of the liver,Liver cancer and Liver failure, which is very deadly.

Yes my uncle was a victim of Hepatitis A. He was always tired weak. He constantly vomits when he eats and has been suffering from nausea too. This call for attention. He was taken to the hospital where a special examination and test was carried out. The test results shows that he was suffering from hepatitis A. Thanks to all God, he was treated and healed. He's doing quite well now. I believe doing test in the hospital before taking any drugs is the best option anytime we are sick. This will really point out our sickness and the solution for it.

Depending on the method and the hepatitis it is,bit below are some of the treatment of Hepatitis:

1. Rest, water and comfort.
2. Antiviral drugs,or liver transplant.
3. Buying Direct-acting antivirals (DAAs),to use in doctors prescribtion

We can we protect ourselves by this methods below:

1. Human vaccines (HAV, HBV) .
2. Safe sexual practices
3. Sterilized instruments for tattoos and piercings
4. Not sharing sharp objects
5. Proper hygiene
6. Check blood supply

But if we already fallen a victim of hepatitis for long and no sign of relief this are what we could do:

1. Follow your doctor’s advice
2. Take medication as prescribed
3. Eat a healthy diet
4. Exercise regularly
5. Avoid alcohol and smoking

Remember that hepatitis is manageable with proper management.
