Watermelon is a juicy fruit,as about 92% water! When I eat it, am basically sipping on nature’s hydrating liquid. Staying hydrated helps my body function well and keeps me feeling fresh and alert. That's the very big reason I choose watermelon as my favorite summer fruit.

These are some of the nutrients found in watermelon that I know:

  • Low Calories: Watermelon is like a great superhero because It astastes sweet, but it’s secretly low in calories. A cup of watermelon water has only 46 calories! But it as a lot of nutrients found in it like:👇

  • Vitamin A: This vitamin is like a spotlight to our eyes and immune system.

  • Vitamin C: Think of it as our immune system’s best friend—it fights off bad stuff and makes the internal body free from disease.

  • Potassium: Our heart gives it a thumbs-up because it helps keep things ticking smoothly it helps the blood 🩸 too to circulate around our body.

  • Magnesium: Our Muscles love this mineral, because it's s like a power activator in our body to keep our muscles strong all through the day.

  • Antioxidants: These little warriors protect our body from troublemakers(heavy diseases or sickness).

And there are many more health benefits of watermelon like👇

  • Heart Health: Watermelon’s antioxidants, are like bodyguards for our heart. They help prevent bad stuff from happening to our heart like certain cancers or heart failure.

Water melon act as antioxidants therefore protecting our body from illness or diseases. HOW DO YOU ENJOYED YOUR WATER LEMON? I do enjoy mine by storing it in a freezer and consuming it when it could. I USE TO HATE WATER LEMON before but after i come to know about it Health benefits, i consume it atleast 3 time a week. thanks for the invite.
