Talking about whole grain food, someone may not understand it. it sounds funny when someone see them with two eyes without been process because when someone see them, they look meaning less but they are very powerful when it comes for breakfast meals.
What is Whole grain Food?
An whole grain food are seeds of any grass whose starchy grains are used as food such as wheat, rice, rye, oats, maize, millet etc and this plant is grown to produce starchy grains only that is suitable for human foods and that contains the endosperm, germ and brain in opposition to refined grains which hold back nutrients.

Do you really think whole grain foods are whole grain if they have little sugar and sodium?
Yes, because those sugar and sodium are very good for our body which save as glucose, maltose and sucrose because they are natural and because of the richness in them.
Whole grain food is best for breakfast which are:
1.Golden morn
2.Millet
3.Oats etc
They are very nutritious and they have so much vitamins to keep our brains active and our bones strong.
What do you prefer to consume, the whole grain product or the traditional product, which one do you learn more towards?
Whole grain food are my daughter best breakfast food which she love so much from golden morn, millet, Oatmeal, rice etc and I have to take same which are very good for breakfast because they offer a complete package of health benefits and I have them in my house for our consumption.
There are also different whole grain food which are rich just to mention few;
1.Brown rice
2.wheat flour
3.Red rice
4.Black rice
5.Cracked wheat etc.
Traditional product are natural and good when you have the time to fix them. They also have strong connection and they are delicious which are good to take for lunch like;
1.Afang soup with fufu
2.Ogbono soup with Eba
3.Nkwobi etc which raw materials are local and the techniques preparation process are delicious with flavors that will make you not to say No to it.
Do you think whole grain foods are only made for people with certain condition or that everyone can eat them?
Whole grain food are made for everyone but it is a choice and not force, some people don't value it, they think is waste of time and the food is capable to carry them for a longer time. Some have this fear of whole grain because they don't understand the nutritent contain in them like;
1.Vitamin A
2.Vitamin B's
3.Vitamin E
3.Iron which reduce the risk of diseases
What whole grain foods do you frequently consume in your daily diet?
Oats meal, breads they are healthy and rich when they are spice up with different flavors and they provide energy that can sustain one for long.
