Stress. This is the most common cause of health problems. People do not take stress seriously, and in fact, during stress, cortisol is secreted in our body, which is a stress hormone. Stress affects our psyche, and much depends on our psyche. How we feel affects our body and the whole body.
My work looks different. Sometimes I have very quiet days, but there are also times when you can get nervous. Mostly people. You never know what kind of person will come to you and you never know what kind of problem. The worst thing is that people exaggerate some problems. It also depends on what mood I and these people are in. It is known differently, in life there is and not always a person will have a good mood. Stress is a normal thing for us humans.
There are many ways to get rid of stress. I usually do a lot of exercise for stress. The gym is a great way to get rid of stress. Then the body produces hormones of happiness, which defeat cortisol. We just have to learn how our body works. Once we know that, everything is easier. The second way is to walk. A long walk in the woods reduces stress. There is more ozone in the forest, so it has a very positive effect on our body. The third way, of course, is meditation. Contrary to appearances, it is not so difficult to meditate. Thanks to this, you can throw all negative emotions out of your head and leave only positive ones. A little practice and you will learn everything.
The most common things that cause stress in me are work and some situations at home. As I mentioned above, not everyone is in a good mood today and this can lead to stress. But it must be remembered that a positive attitude will help to overcome the negative ones and we ourselves can improve the mood of other people. It's all in our head.

Thanks for highlighting this bitter truth of stress being an integral part of life for humans. Many do hardwork that changes from hardwork to stress. To some, it's not considered stress and it's overlooked by them. Just imagine going to the farm everyday for a month just to meet earns and demands. To the villagers it's normal but to me it's stress and not hardwork. I love the way you wrote this post and it's good to know you do exercise a lot. To me exercise is considered as stress 😂😂😂
